This item is low priced.
This unit is usable. The screen is not as bright and easy to see as other monitors we have used. The sound also is weak. But, it is the lowest priced monitors we have owned.

Inconsistent readings, and device fell apart.
I used this a dozen or so times over the course of the few days I owned it. one of the first things I noticed is that the side cuff flexes way too much making the cuff diffcult to use. Second thing that happened is that I did back to back measurements on it and got readings that were many times 30-40 points difference in the span of a few minutes of reading. The final straw was there are plastic clips that hold the measuring box to the cuff, and those popped off at one point, and one of the hose connectors to the wrist reader came off with it. I had to reassemble part of the bottom to get it working again. I don’t recommend this one at all, even though the price is quite attractive.
