In a commercial setting pocket thermometers have a way of disappearing. This is an economical way of keeping thermometers on hand. I keep a supply in the office.

I didnât use it much because first one that I stuck into the Cornish gang hymns I was cooking cause the front of the thermometer to melt.

Nice product for the price range
These are fairly nice food thermometers for the price range. At a little over two dollars of peace. I honestly wasnât expecting a whole lot. These are not the high-quality food thermometers like some of the other ones I have, but they honestly seem to work pretty well. As with all food thermometers, you might need to adjust the temperature a little bit to improve the accuracy, but overall these seem to be fairly close on the couple life tested so far. The one thing these donât have that some of my other ones do is the proper temperatures on the probes sleeve listed for you. They do in enclose a card with the temperatures, however thatâs not near as practical as having it printed on the sleeve right there ready for you when you use the product.

Horrible product
These thermostats are garbage. Not even close to being calibrated correctly. Had to adjust all 12 with the closest one being at 15 degrees off with my dvom and a temp probe. Company does not care that their product is inferior

So far they seem great
While I have not yet made extensive use of these pocket thermometers, I have done some preliminary tests with a food thermometer that I know is perfectly accurate, and so far these seem to be within a degree or two of the range they should be in. Plenty good enough for any cooking purposes.The quality kind of surprised me, they have a good weight to them so that they do not feel too flimsy, and they fit firmly into the sheath when not using them, rather than being too loose and falling out. All around a great choice for most anybody who wants to always have a sufficient supply of kitchen thermometers on hand. 5 Stars.
