Supports well!!
This is an excellent belt to help support your back. I love the lumbar/sponge cushion for extra support that comes with the belt. You can move it up or down and adjust it to however you feel comfortable (it’s velcro). It also helps with the posture, too! Definitely well made material. I love that it has a secondary velcro strap to tighten the belt further for added support. Excellent product and solid, top quality material!

I hate that how my back is it looks like Iâll need a back brace for the rest of my life unless I do surgery which most likely wonât happen cause there isnât much drs can do. BUT I am happy to say that this back brace has been terrific. I finally have some relief and it works for me great! Fits perfectly and not bad to wear. Very pleased, Iâm assuming with my disc problem it helps with my posture as well as support and pressure. Cause it is again a relief!

Very comfortable, works great and discreet
Very comfortable, I recently had a sciatica attack, missed a day out of work, couldn’t sit or lay down without terrible pain going from the center of my lower back, down my left leg to my foot with pain at all the trigger points, felt like I had knots in my muscles, ordered this from Amazon and it’s very comfortable, pain went away very quickly, I wore it for 2 days and discovered that I need a new mattress, it’s sagging, I believe that’s the cause, but this is much cheaper than a $1,200 mattress, for the time being I took a warped piece of plywood and put it underneath the mattress. So I’ll keep wearing the brace while working on the lawn and during the day at my work from home job. My previous brace did not have the double straps which work really well, you can get it set just the way that works for you.

I would have such bad back pain after doing C-sections that I wouldnât move for hrs. I tried getting another back brace that was supposed to be a one size fits all but it was way too large. This back brace adjust to correct width and has helped with pain during log surgeries. It is easy to use and supports my back great. Itâs even a little breathable. It is a great value for the money.

This is a lot of belt for the cost compared to others sold as medical devices. Unfortunately it is not comfortable to wear as it rides up on my back taking pressure off where I need it.

My first reaction to this back support belt was alarm – it looked complicated and heavy – but neither was true.The belt is not heavy – it was easy to fit – and is such a comfort.I wore it around the house to start with and it felt quite good, almost relaxing, so then I did a bit of gardening and my back felt warm and well-supported.I sat and lingered over a coffee and felt warm and relaxed – no backache and not so tired – what a welcome feeling.It then dawned on me that I had to take it off, muscles have to be used on their own or they can get lazy and atrophy.That is when my husband borrowed it and felt the same comfort and freedom from that dull ache in his back that so many of us know all about.As a result, I am now ordering one for him – and while we are waiting for its arrival, we are glaring at each other as to whose turn it is next.Sizing is important, I am a 38 waist and I ordered the 39-45 size which is just right, I would not have wanted it any smaller.It is also important to realize that it should not be completely relied on to do the job on its own, it does not take the place of gentle exercise, if you can do it, your muscles will thank you for it.A day later and peace reigns supreme – – – we now have one each – – – – and are both enjoying the benefits.
