Amazing on icy sidewalks
Pretty much all winter the sidewalks by me are covered in a sheet of ice. These grips have amazing traction on the ice. I feel much more secure with these on. I ordered a size up so they can fit over my boots, and they fit perfectly over my boots (I ordered Medium for sized 7.5 UGG boots). Will have to see how they are over time in terms of rust.

Great on Ice
Our sidewalk & drive can get very icy and I needed a good traction to not fall & these worked out perfectly. Fit my shoes great, easy on & off design, very durable, well worth the money! Highly recommend I purchased 3 more pairs for granddaughters & daughter who run & hike.

Safety vs fall risk
These work great in most snow conditions. Not so great on pure icy surfaces though or on some garage floor coverings. Can be slippery. Easy to put on, provides safety vs fall risk. Spouse slipped 3x on driveway w/o yaktrax n severely sprained wrist. Me w/yaktrax 0 slips. He ordered adventure pair after watching my safety w/regular pair.

Do the job but slightly flimsy
I bought the small because I wear a US women’s 7, and while I got them on my boots fine, they often popped off even after I was careful to make sure they were on securely. Maybe I should’ve sized up? But when they stayed on, they did a good job adding traction on icy surfaces. Just be aware that many stores and places require that you take these off, so it did get a bit bothersome putting them on and taking them off.

They work!
These worked great for me! Tonight was my first time using them and they made me feel much more stable when walking on refrozen slush and polished ice. I had to climb in and out of my truck several times while dropping and hooking trailers in the Oregon snow. They didn’t get hung up on my perforated running boards as I climbed in and out, either. Easy to put on and take off, yet secure when properly fitted. I’m very pleased!

Ice Walkers!
These work great on my Keen Hiking boots. It makes the difference between walking normally or not at all on ice! They are easy to fold and keep in your pocket for when they are needed. I won’t go without them!

Perfect . . . and then not
These went on easily, stayed in place, and just worked. I could walk on snow, ice, or any combination without fear of falling. The Yaktrax gripped precisely and gave me the confidence I need now Iâm older and my bones no longer bounce. These can be even be worn (carefully) indoors for short periods unlike the sharp, studded grippers made for pure ice.Unfortunately after 3 weeks of light use, the âspringsâ began to pull apart and then one snapped beyond repair. What a shame they are not made of better quality as I really thought Iâd found something special. As they obviously cannot be relied upon for a couple of months, let alone a whole winter, I now must find something else.

Passt.Schützt bei Glatteis und geht dich auch gut und ohne Behinderung wenn mal kein schnee/Eis ist.Leider beim ersten paar nach ca 20km ein gummi an der sohle gerissen.Beim zweiten paar nach ca 50 km…habe mit Zange die metalspiralen jetzt verbunden und die Teile lassen sich jetzt problemlos weiter nutzen.Trotzdem kaufempfehlung

Used these in Iceland, so wanted to buy some for when it gets icy here. They slip quite easily onto the bottom of the shoe and provide a good grip when walking in icy conditions.I take a shoe size 5, so bought a medium pair, and my husband is size 9, so bought a large pair, brilliant fit.

My mum is nearing 65 and was falling a lot walking her young whippet puppy in the mud and snow. She also has MS, so a break would be catastrophic for her mobility. Thought I would try these and see if they work for her. They work amazing. Easy to pop on and off so that she doesn’t fall when she’s on the tile on the property, but can have good grips when in the forest and muddy or icy trails. No falls since getting them.

Sono utilissime su terreno ghiacciato, danno stabilità anche in situazioni di forte vento ed evitano di scivolare e oltretutto sono molto leggere.sono comode da agganciare sia a scarpe da trekking che a doposci.arrivano in una confezione originale in cartone, sarebbe utile una busta impermeabile per riporle dopo l’uso ma basta munirsi di un sacchettino.le abbiamo utilizzate per una settimana in Islanda sia su marciapiedi ghiacciati che su terreno con pendenza e nelle vicinanze di casate e dato il rapporto qualità prezzo mi sento di consigliarle.
