large big guy did not crunch under my might. Gets the job done and holds up like new so far. After a good few uses i can say this roller is sturdy and hasn’t crumpled or torn as i worried initially comparing the material and price to others.

Good roller
This is a good roller. It did squish down in the middle from use fairly quickly. Used it for about 1 month and the center has squished down. For immediate use, it an inexpensive option. It’s more firm than the higher priced name brand, but worked well for my recovery.

Good for beginning use due to softness
This was good as a beginner roll. The Amazon Basics I have since bought will surely last longer. I think if I had started with that one, though, I would have been dissatisfied with the stiffness. This one had a good feel, but it became worn out/collapsed in about a year. I weighed 127 pounds when using it, so it’s not me. And I didn’t sit on it. It collapsed in the center so I started using it on each end but you can see it collapsed there, too. I don’t like that this will be in a landfill so soon after being made.

Holy cow that was good!
I laid this on the floor with the intent of having it work sort of. Omg I was wrong. It feels hard and really kind of uncomfortable on the hand. But immediately my back began to pop, tingle, and basically give the that heavenly euphoric feeling of sweet sweet release. Who need a chiropractor when I have a cylinder to role on… So role on my friends you will definitely love this and the amazing stretch it gives you.

This has just arrived and itâs like a piece of steel! Unfortunately I took the cellophane off thinking it might spread out a bit and soften up, but it didnât and now I canât return it. I hope it might get a bit softer with use, but if notâ¦.itâs another one for the bin.
