This item is exactly what it looks like in the picture. I love the color purple and it does not disappoint. It comes with a clear case (like a phone case), a strap to wear around the neck and batteries to use immediately. I did order a carry case for it so it will be protected from dust or getting damaged by carrying it around. It is easy to use and accurate on the reading. I highly recommend it for anyone that is needing to keep a log of oxygen level and heart rate per doctor orders or just personal use. It is small (compact) and easy to put in a pocket or a bag.

Ive been using this at work for over a month. Works great, and still on first set of batteries. I was afraid it would drain the batteries too quickly, but it doesnt. The only small negative I have is that it can be a bit pickier than the larger devices if a persons hands are on the cooler side, or a little disfigured from arthritis. Overall, worth the money!
