These are a staple snack at our house. They are tasty and filling, and both kids and adults enjoy them at our house.They have a decent amount of protein, which makes them a good snack since they’ll tide you over for a bit. They’re sweet, but not overly sweet. I generally throw them into my bag when I’m headed out with the kids. My kids also keep one in their backpacks incase they need a little extra food at school.

Pretty Good
They can be a healthier alternative to some others but in truth not as healthy as the best options out there. Overall they are pretty good but in truth they really do not taste much like oats or chocolate. The figs on the other hand are fairly pronounced but not unpleasant and there is another taste which I assume may be one of the syrups used for sweetening. So overall they are ok, not great, but more healthy than a candy bar!
