Nice and strong!
Whoo this is strong. It recommended 2 capsules 30 mins before bed. and to give at least 6 hours.Yeah, I didn’t make it 15 minutes and ended up sleeping for 10 and waking up feeling practically hung over. Thankfully I did it on a weekend., but still.After giving it a few days to make sure it was out of my system, I’ve been doing just the one capsule and it’s been much better. So if you’re sensitive to melatonin, I’d recommend a half dose. I definitely appreciate that the dose is two capsules making real easy to do a half dose as needed!It does seem to have reduced the amount of times I wake up overnight at least!

I’ve been taking 10mg gummies to sleep for a while now and they help, so when I saw ZZZQuil available I jumped at the chance, especially 100ct (veggie) pills.These worked as described and expected for my partner. They took 2 and in about 20 minutes were ready for bed and said they had “the best sleep, ever!”.I took 2 at the same time and they started to tire me out enough to go to bed in about an hour and a half. My sleep was NOT restful. I woke up every hour in a panic, stared at the clock, then went back to sleep. I also had that “falling feeling” when asleep and jerked awake. The next day was no bueno. I felt exhausted and like a zombie all day. I didn’t have to take another dose that night and fell asleep early for me.Taking 1 pill last night, I slept better than without anything (but not as good as my regular melatonin gummy) and I’m less groggy today, but still a bit unfocused/ easily distracted.I did not have success with these, but my partner did and continues to take them, I will go back to my off-brand gummies (that are more expensive per dose/ night than these name brand pills).

Worked well for me
A more natural sleep aid conveniently made by a trusted brand. This sleep aid worked rather well for me, however if you do not respond well to Melatonin, your experience might be different. While I usually stay far away from any sleep aids, there are times where I reach for them. Usually, when that happens I need to be at the top of my game the next day, and I found that these had a little bit of carry over, but MUCH less than other sleep aids. I am happy to keep these on hand and will be reaching for them when needed.

Left me groggy
I oftentimes find myself tossing and turning at night so I decided to give this ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs Complete Sleep a try. Unfortunately, my expectations have not been met.To start with, this does have a lot of melatonin at 10 mg. The good thing is that the serving size is two capsules so you can choose to take only one of you wish. For me, one seems to be better than two.Unfortunately, I seem to wake up groggy and not well rested after taking this. I hope it works better for others than it did for me since it does have some great ingredients.

Excellent Sleep Aid For a More Restful Sleep
I have had way too many sleepless nights, and while these do not directly address it, it does tangibly improve the quality of sleep.Each bottle comes with a hundred individual pills. Each pill features a transparent casing and is generously filled with the mixture composed of several compounds reputed for their abilities in aiding sleep. The pills contain ten milligrams of melatonin as well as L-Theanine, GABA, and also ashwagandha and magnesium. The medication, two pills thirty minutes before bed, aims to help calm the nerves and improve mood, readying you for a long and restful sleep. While it doesn’t instantly make you fall asleep, it does do a good job of setting the stage for when you finally do.Great supplement, I can certainly feel that it helps improve the quality of sleep. It gets me ready for bed, especially when one sometimes stays up awake longer than ideal.

Good natural sleep aid
Do these work? I feel like it’s subjective depending on how you respond to melatonin. These work as well as any other brand I’ve tried, if not better. These are strong- 10mg of Melatonin so please be mindful if you’re sensitive to it! These are unique in that they also contain L-Theanine and GABA to help with relaxation and mood. Overall, this is a good all natural supplement which delivers on it’s promise to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep. The price is also fair for what you get, and there’s no strange taste or aftertaste. Good for folks who also don’t want a gummy form of melatonin.

Good sleeping aid
Lately Iâve been having a hard time falling asleep, I find myself most nights laying awake in bed until 3 AM with my brain working overtime. Seeing that the dosage of 2 pills has 10mg of melatonin, I figured Iâll start with one pill to not overdo it.I didnât feel any difference with only one pill, so the next night I took two as recommended and even though it still took me 1 1/2 hours to fall asleep, my eyes were so heavy, I fell asleep with my phone in my hand. The best thing is that I slept like a bear and woke up the next day without grogginess and got up without problems.In my opinion, this supplement is a pretty good sleeping aid but I wish they would kick in a little faster for me, I might just have to take them at 10 PM to fall asleep by midnight.
