Best Sleep Aid
Have been using this for years with no issues. I am one of those persons that can get by on only 5 or 6 hours of sleep and then I’m up. I don’t get sleepy until super late but for work, I have to go to sleep much earlier. ZzzQuil helps me get to sleep a lot earlier. Depending on how long it’s been since I last ate, I start feeling sleepy within 1 to 2 hours, which also depends on if you take a half or a full dose. The claims of being non-habit forming are true for me because I’ve never had a craving to take it. I simply decide about what time I want to go to bed by and I just take it 2 hours before that time. To speed up the process, sometimes I’ll exercise right after and I’ll get sleepy sooner.If you get a full night’s sleep, you minimize the “hangover” effect of still feeling sleepy in the morning. Being a light sleeper, I’m able to fall back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. I used to take the clear ZzzQuil, but I find that this one works better for me…

Love it
Whenever I work nights, I struggle to fall asleep when I get home in the morning. But this really helps a lot and I always wake up feeling like I got the best sleep ever. Sometimes I question if I over slept or would miss my alarm but none of that happens. This version tastes great and I love how effective and the cost is great too for the package. Also was concerned about being dependent on it and I never had any issues the times I was out of stock so I’m glad for that.

I usually dilute this (1 capful of ZZQuil + 1 capfull of water), and it does work, giving me 4+ hours of sleep. Take it about an hour before you plan to go to bed.

I struggle with sleeping sometimes so I use this 3 days out the week. The 1st time I used it, it knocked me out so well. I do have to lie down on my pillow to fall asleep when I drink it, if my head isnât down, I wonât fall asleep. So be mindful of that. I usually take it 30 minutes before I have to go to sleep. The taste is ok like cherry medicine. 5/5 i recommend it if you occasionally struggle with sleep and I donât feel addicted to it hence why I use it half the week lolzð´ð´

Yall, I’m a bad sleeper. Melatonin doesn’t do anything for me. This thing took me out for 12 hours yall, 12 hours. I don’t sleep for more than like 4-5 hours. It tastes disgusting, but it works.
