Mine work very well. The sensor is inside with only small holes for airflow. Don’t expect very quick temperature changes to register. Takes a good 5 minutes or so for the temperature displayed to match the outside. I understand its possible for one to be defective, but folks showing them next to a thermostat on the wall has the potential to be a poor comparison. Using both in my garages to show ambient temp/humidity. I’ve spot-checked mine with calibrated thermocouples in ambient air and have been within 1 degree every time. I’m happy.

Inexpensive and handy
I really like the very small size of these thermometer/hygrometers and the magnets are handy to stick them places. I have six of them and the readings seem very close to each other, within a degree or so, and are reasonably close to my home thermostat reading. Iâve put them in different areas of the house to get a gauge of temperature and humidity differences in various rooms.

They are small but for me that is perfect as I wanted to check the temperature in different rooms. They were exactly the same or one degree different from another thermometer I have. I also like it shows the humidity. The price and quality is great I would buy again

This is a great value for 2 very accurate and well built thermometer & humidity monitor units. They are a nice compact size and are designed perfectly making them very easy to use and read. So far the battery life seems good, and they even include extra batteries! The great thing with these meters is they have an on/off button unlike most compact meters like this. That helps save battery life immensely. I highly recommend these thermometer/humidity monitors for anyone who needs to track those numbers and be accurate. I highly recommend these over other similar products.
