Great under desk treadmill, unfortunately died.
Purchased the TM020 back on April 1st. Delivery was fast, and the treadmill was easy to set up.For the record, I am under the maximum load capacity of the treadmill.Over the past month, I have used the treadmill extensively during work for 90 minutes a day, broken up into 30-minute sessions. Giving the treadmill and me a chance to cool off between sessions. While the treadmill was working, everything was great; the motor had enough power to get up to speed quickly, even if I was standing on it when I started my workout.I never got to the point of needing to utilize the higher speeds that require putting the armrest/desk up, but in the next generation of the treadmill, I would expect that the experience of raising the desk arm would be improved. Currently you have to use an allen wrench (provided) to loosen the screws lift the arm then tighten them back down.Unfortunately, the treadmill received the E05 error, which is an error that helps to protect the motor from overloading and burning itself out. Even after letting the motor cool down and cleaning the deck and reapplying lubrication to the deck and belt, the error persists.I contacted the seller and within 1 business day had a message back from them asking for a video showing the issue. I supplied them with the video, and they have taken care of me as a customer. Would recommend contacting them for support if needed.Con: The treadmill is dead.The process of raising the arm to use the higher speeds needs to be improved.Major Pros: When it worked, it worked well.Customer service was top-notch through the seller.

Love this, especially that the speed can go pretty high for a walking under desk treadmill. It is fairly easy to move around and to assemble. I lost my remote for it and the customer service I can tell you is outstanding for this product!

Treadmill Isnât Good But Customer Service Is
This treadmill shakes when you walk, making the tablet holder practically worthless. It also gets pretty hot on the actual pad portion. Because of this, I wanted to return it. While they donât do returns, the company was easy to work with in discussing the problems. Because of that, I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1 star. Thatâs basically it. Itâs not for me and I wish I would have waited to get a nicer one to continue my walking journey at home.

Compact Home Office Walking Pad
I REALLY love this little treadmill. I work grom home and have it set up right next to my desk. I walk when I have to attend webinars or when I have a few minutes in between meetings. It has a little desk attachment. Do not expect it to be as sturdy and solid as a full-fleged treadmill, and the belt took a bit of time to adjust properly, but it is a good value for the price. I use it nearly every day!

I got this foldable treadmill last week and I am really loving it so far! It easily folds up to fit under a bed or a taller couch and has pretty good speed too. I also use it under my standing desk as a walking pad and it has a remote for stop/start and changing the speed. You have to manually loosen and tighten the hand rail to bring it up or fold it down but it’s easy! It also has an extra set of feet if you want a bit more of an incline and a detachable “desk” top that is super easy to put on.

Lightweight and powerful!
This treadmill is not too bulky, it came with a compacted packaging, so it was way to carry indoor. It was also easy to assemble, donât really need to read the manual, as of the button of the setting l it is not to hard to understand because there are only a few, it did took me some time to figure out why itâs not starting, it is because the safety line isnât connected! So make sure you connect that first! The top does turn into a desk for those of you who like to walk and work. However because it is a more light weight treadmill, when you do speed up , it goes up to 6 mile / hour to run. Overall it is easy to use, easy to store and at the same time just as powerful as what I need it.
