It’s heavy for its size, so if your hands are weak it may not work well for you. Otherwise, it is a great help getting out of low cars without trying to hang onto the door, the side of the car, or having someone pull you up. Very sturdy and made to fit any size car, with your weight transferred directly to the car frame. I bought two – one for my own car, and one to take with me when riding with someone else.
