The rollers are strong and function exactly as advertised. ONE small issue it that the largest roller (which is GREAT for relief) can easily fall sidewaysâ¦believe meâ¦this leaves a mark when ya fall on it with your lower back. In fact, it could cause debilitating injuries.

These roller wheels were just what I needed. I had a snowboarding injury years ago that resulted in constant pain in my upper back/neck. After using these daily for a few minutes I have noticed a big difference in my pain level and range of motion. I would definitely recommend them.
