Customers say
Customers find the foam roller effective and durable, with no signs of wear and tear. They appreciate its benefits for physical therapy, particularly for back acupressure, and its effectiveness for calf and hamstring stretches. The roller receives positive feedback for its comfort, being soft enough for back use, and its size, with one customer noting it’s perfect for 210-pound weight. Works well.
I am the owner of a physical therapy clinic and use this product in my facility. It lasts a while, doesn’t crack, chip, or break like some others I purchased. It does soften over time and become less sturdy, but that’s to be expected when it is used as frequently as I use it. We also have individuals that use it that are a bit on the heavy side and I think they exceed the weight limits for the product. All in all, it’s a good product and a good buy.

+Good Squish! Excellent for gentle floor exercise! Very Pleased!
I’ve just spent 3 months in physical therapy learning techniques to help my neck and lower back (disc degeneration all over the place, bone spurs, arthritis, etc) and am determined to not get to such a bad state again. I use this as my base for my stretches and exercises. It has just enough squish to not feel like I’m dying but it is supportive. Since it’s only about 4 inches in height it provides enough to balance but no injury. At only 36 inches that’s long enough mostly cover the length of my spine. It’s nubby so it doesn’t slide on the floor and it won’t suction to my skin. I’m VERY happy with the purchase. I bought a full roll at R*EI for much more money for much less quality just last week…I so wish I would have waited and shopped here first!

Great product and super sturdy just not what I needed
A little harder than I thought it would be. I was going to use it to sit on for yoga class. Great product and super sturdy just not what I needed.

Use this for foot placement when doing frog bridges
My favorite usage is on the 12 inch long half roller. I use it for placing my feet on for doing “frog bridges”. Everyone has different femur angles to their hip and you can easily adjust your footing position on this roller to fit your body angles and do “perfect” frog bridges.

Not great for standing on
I bought this for physical therapy exercises because I couldn’t bring myself to pay $10 for shipping for the one my PT recommended (NOT from Amazon). This is not particularly firm – certainly it is not nearly as firm as the one I use in the office for balance exercises. I use it rounded side down and step on the flat side. My feet sink into it and the ends pop up somewhat. It’s okay, but after trying to make it work for a few weeks, I’ve decided to buy the one my PT recommended in the first place. I will keep this one only because I’m sure my children will love to use it as a balance beam.

Good addition to exercise equipment.
I use this every day. Great for stretching hamstring….leaving heel on floor gives me a better stretch rather than hanging off a step. Stays in place. Easy to use. Is firm, but not too firm. Bumps help with keeping your foot on the roller. I would have preferred it not be quite so high…but once I figured out where to put my foot, it works well.

18″ Width Is Very Handy
This foam half-roller is moderately stiff and well-made, perfect for my 210 pound weight. What I especially like is its availability in an 18″ size. When using a half-roller for foot exercises, alternately pressing down on a 6″ pad would be too narrow, at 36″ too wide. Similarly, for prone positions. 18″ is just right. Few other companies carry this size.

Helps me to adjust my spine
You place it on the floor roll over on it and relax. You can feel and see the difference when you stand. You only need a few minutes, be sure to roll off before standing.

good quality-like the product

Great half roller, has little soft slightly raised hexagon bumps for grip and comfort. Using it for physio exercises to recover from a leg and knee injury.
