I was familiar with the Bragg line of products from the Apple Cider Vinegars.I wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3, so I bought Bragg’s algae oil product. It’s well tolerated. Is small and easily swallowed with no of that fishy aftertaste ( besides, where do you think the fish get their Omega 3’s from in the first place?).

Something is happening
Mr Dr. Put me on blood pressure and heart pills due to my blood pressure skyrocketed within one month. I took one dose and I was in a fog, dizzy, loopy. I searched for an alternative and gave Bragg brand a try because I trust in their products. The first dose, I felt energetic, I mean I felt really good. I only take one a day even though the directions say twice a day (I am petite). Within one week after tweaking my diet and taking these pills, my blood pressure has dropped significantly! I hope the positive benefits of these algae pills continue.Easy to swallow, no foul taste but I do get occasional nasty burps, no biggie.
