I am updating my previous review. This is more about the customer service of the Koios company. I am still in love with my juicer but the other day I cracked the large cup that the juice goes into and inquired about purchasing a new one. I received an email telling me that they would be sending out a replacement at no cost to me. I thought, cool what a great company. They didn’t even ask me how it happened and was it my fault which it was. Well, a couple of days later I get a very large package at my door and I’m thinking to myself, I haven’t ordered anything large so what the heck. Well, you probably know where this is going, yes, Koios sent me a whole new juicer! I was sure this must be an error so I got on a live chat with the company and sure enough, it was not an error. I don’t know how they are able to afford to do this and I really only wanted a new cup but they said they don’t send out parts of the juicer. So, take it as you will, this company is working very hard to make their customers happy. I will probably donate the new juicer to someone, it can work without the cup just fine and if I knew this ahead of time I would have just told them to forget it. One reason I wanted the original cup is so that I can use the little part that keeps the foam from pouring into the glass when I transfer it. Seems pretty trivial but getting a new cup would have allowed me to continue to use the juicer as designed.I have added pictures and a video. Update on the celery juicing I refer to in my original review. It’s working! I am noticing some changes such as gastritis is better, no more indigestion. Also, my hair and nails are thicker and my nails aren’t peeling anymore. I feel more energized and like my mind is clearer.Please read my original review below:I love this juicer! It is simple to use and clean and it doesn’t take up a lot of space on my kitchen counter. I originally purchased the juicer to start juicing celery. I have been learning all of the benefits of drinking celery juice every day. I am excited to move on to other fruits and veggies. It is too soon to know how my body is being affected but I am sure that I will see some changes. I don’t have a condition, I just wanted to do something really good for myself.You should also know. I purchased the Koios juicer because my daughter first purchased a Mooka juicer which is the same one just a different name and she loves it.

Once I disassembled and reassembled the parts it became obvious how easy it was to use. I would have liked better instructions, like: press the release button to remove the drum. I had my husband try to force it out as I didn’t realize that a button had to be pushed in before the drum would come out. SILLY Me, but that step would have been extremely helpful. It also would have been useful to know that the auger had to be seated deeper than just inserting it into the hole. Made it impossible to install the end cap until I figured that one out!!!! With all of that said the machine performs beautifully. Makes great juice and clean up is a breeze. Just one more problem with the instructions. No where that I can find, does it mention that there is a delay in moving from one mode to another. I almost packed it up and shipped it back as I didn’t think the reverse button was working. I had pressed the OFF button and then the Reverse and it did not work. After a short delay I pressed the Reverse button again and it worked. I still don’t know if that is the proper sequence, but at least I know that I can move from Hard or Soft to reverse with that sequence. Again, Clearer instructions would be helpful.I would recommend this Juicer to anyone looking for a masticating juicer. The size is great and I use it every other day and make a quart of juice the stays fresh for both days.

Me parece que obtienes menos producto con la masticadora que con el extractor, pero los jugos son más ricos (me saben o más dulces o más concentrados de lo que estaba acostumbrada) y tienen colores más vibrantes que si usas un extractor, así que para mi vale más la pena el masticador, además es silencioso y fácil de limpiar, la he usado con lechuga, espinaca, pepino, piña, zanahoria, jengibre, apio, betabel, fresa, kiwi, naranja y manzana, los últimos 2 que mencioné quedan riquisimos. También la use con guayaba pero no lo recomiendo (no le saca casi nada de jugo).Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra.
