Bit of a learning curve – but worth it.
A bit of a learning curve as this unit does a few different functions. But once figured out what was best for me – it is great. Was fired up for the calf massaging, which works well – however, sitting in a chair or recliner only get to the lower portion of my legs. The adjustable stand helps with this but still could not get upper part of calf unless I lie down on floor (as advertised) and it is AWESOME, I can make slight adjustments on placement to get where it needs to be.The foot massage function is great and the angle(s) are perfect while sitting in a chair. The compression and rolling action is firm and tight and I can see where some thought it a bit painful but just dial down the compression setting. Learning to position the foot to get different spots on my feet really helps in targeting the trigger points. Also can be very helpful is suffering from plantar fasciitis as can target the heal for some great cross fiber massaging.The arm messaging function is a bit tricky as had to eight place in lap or on table, and, I can only do one arm at a time as uncomfortable trying both. However found can do one hand and the other arm at the same time, and it feels great.The remote is handy but needs be aimed at the control panel, but does come in handy.Overall I really like this unit, although a bit heavy to move around but definitely worth the effort.

The variety of settings makes it easy to customize each session, and the included remote control is a great touchâsuper intuitive and responsive, so I can adjust everything without having to bend down or interrupt the massage.While the unit is a bit heavy and bulky, especially if youâre moving it between rooms, it feels very sturdy and well-made. One thing to note: I actually find the calf massage more effective when using the foot massage setting, which seems to apply better pressure and coverage. Once I figured that out, it really enhanced the overall experience.Overall, this has been a great addition to my post tennis routine and Iâd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid at-home massage.

Wonderful leg and foot massager
Wonderful tool for your massage arsenal! This thing massages your lower legs and feet. It has heat, vibration and compression. Each one is adjustable, allowing you to customize your massage. It even has a remote so you can lay back and relax and still adjust the levels. The compression part is my favorite. And it actually compresses a good bit! It is super durable feeling. Seems to be made very well. And the angle is adjustable which is awesome. Super pleased with this massager. We have used it every day!

Only massages⦠bottom of calves with two small rotating heads on each side, and a very minimal area of your leg. It definitely compresses tightly if thatâs what youâre after. Not what I was hoping for. I hoped the calf option would massage the sides of your calves also. I feel itâs worth 1/3 the price

PAINFUL!!!
I really wanted to like this. I really wanted relief for sore feet. It is just TOO painful!!!!! I read the review that talked about how these machines were supposed to be painful and you have to get used to it and build up to the heavier level so it can help your feet. So, I stuck with it for a couple weeks. Nope. Too painful. I could have lived with the compression pain and the roller pain, but the pinching of the ankles was just too much!!!! I don’t understand why the manufacturer would think anyone wanted their ankles pinched. REALLY HURTS!!!! I sent it back.
