Perfect for sanitizing RV tanks!
The design makes it a breeze to sanitize my RV tank! The container holds over 3 cups of liquid so I can put a cup of bleach along with two cups of water and then hook it up in line with my hose to sanitize my system, I love that this is threaded for garden hoses which is perfect for RV maintenance!

One comment. Don’t be stupid like me and take it out of the box and hook it up. The filter cartridge inside is wrapped in plastic. Take that off first.

Very solidly made which works great for my outside pre-filter setup
I use this on my motorhome. I set up a pre-filter before my water softener so that all water is sediment filtered before entering the coach. Since I don’t have room in my wet bay for the softener and extra filter, they sit outside the door. The previous one was getting harder to open so I replaced it with this one. I like that it has the button on the top to relieve the pressure (old one did not). This one is also thicker, sturdier so I expect it to last much longer. I do throw a lovely beach towel over the softener and filter setup outside – really classy looking – but it helps keep the sun off of them and also helps keep the water a bit cooler during the southern summer heat. This is a good one and I recommend it.

Easy setup
Finally setup on our travel trailer last week. It worked great and is very east to setup. I used this in addition to a filtered water pitcher in order to drink state park water instead of buying bottled water.

Great for use with RV
This has improved the water quality. The quality of the canister is good. It looks find sitting outside of our RV. I like that I can sit in on the ground. There is not weird angle like with the stand Blue RV water filter. We have been in some really bad hard water places. It was so bad in one place even our dogs were sick as we were. I wonât go without it. I change the filter once a month in really hard bad water. I recommend a water meter to see what ppm are before and after. Even in the worst water 980 ppm it cut it in half. That is saying something!!

We are beyond impressed; we tried other filters and they didn’t even come close to removing color and odor. PERFECT for our RV!Water is clear and the high iron smell is completely gone, the chlorine pucks last a long time, one will do for weeks!

Works really well in terms of cleaning the water, however it leaks alot around the top. I am not sure why this didn’t come with a rubber seal. Even with a seal I bought from my local hardware shop it still leaks abit. Anybody else having the same problem, not sure how much more I can tighten the top.

First impression are very favourable , using with my RV. One thing I really like over the all in one disposables is the ability to get all the water out after use. Plus now just disposing if filter, instead of casing . We typically donât drink tap water when camping, but use for dishes, coffee and teeth brushing . So feel better with a filter
