Great Waver
I have short hair that doesnât hold curl well and is difficult to style and I have recently purchased and tried other wavers but became frustrated and disappointed. I took a chance to purchase this waver after watching many videos and recommendations. Iâm soo glad I did & have thrown out all of the others!! Itâs the best by far & easy to for those like me who donât really like to take a lot of time or efforts into the process. I love the timer feature & itâs adjustable as well, I was able to use it on my daughter and didnât need to worry about damage to her hair. The only negative thing I could say was that I found it isnât really cool to the touch as claimed, or that you could hold the waver or rest it against the skin and not worry about it being hot or burning you. In fact I found it to be hotter than I expected and was sure to use extra caution as I would with all hair styling tools when using it with my daughter but I was disappointed its claim of it being safe and not possible to burn someone.

I bought this because I wanted to change up the style of my short hair. I bought another brand and the unit would heat up and cool off. My hairdresser couldn’t even style my hair with the other unit.This unit heated up, beeped when ready to move to the next section. This styler is AMAZING. Slept on it and it’s still amazing and will only need to add in a few more waves to have work ready hair. I highly recommend this product!!

Best wave iron by far!!!
Best wave iron I’ve used. This is my third wave iron I’ve purchased and it’s by far the best. Makes perfect waves that last. My hair is ong, straight and very fine. Previous irons I have used don’t make waves with definition. This iron gives me defined waves that will last until I shampoo my hair. It is heavy and a little bulky but I like the outside cover. It keeps away any accidental burns when I’m doing the back of my hair. This is definitely the only wave iron I use now. 100% worth it!

I really like it! I think the quality is great. Some have mentioned the smell that it puts on your hair. It is a typical hot tool on the hair smell. Nothing out of the normal. I really like the curling ability and the waves it makes. I also liked that they had an option to choose what size you wanted the waves to be before you order it. I get compliments on my hair every time I use it. I also like that it beeps when you hold it down and when itâs time to let up. Iâm not 100% sure but Iâm pretty positive I noticed that you can turn the beeping off if you donât want the sound and I believe you can choose the beep intervals. More sure about there being a way for you to turn off the beeping if you donât want it, but I like that feature and the length of time it is set for. So I donât mess with that too much.

Beach Waves Galore!
I have never tried a hair waver before but was looking to do something different besides always straightening my hair. I was really impressed with this waver. Absolutely loved the waves it gave and it was a great price. I would suggest going a bit lower in temp then your usual though it does get hot fast. I have never heard of the Tymo brand but i am interested in looking at their other products see what they offer!

Looks pretty, smells AWFUL
This review is so hard to make because I clearly used the product and it came out SO GORGEOUS! I was in love and obsessed. The issue came a couple days after when I went to wash my hair and for the next couple of weeks after SEVERAL washes (and I mean like multiple shampoos and conditions in multiple shower sessions), my hair still had this awful, potent burnt smell. Even my husband couldn’t stand it. I believe at this point as well that it has ruined the natural curl pattern in my hair. It now dries straight instead of slightly wavy and even a little curl! I used a heat protectant and hair oil (like I always do), and followed the instructions/tutorials. I’ve never had a new hair tool do this much damage to my hair and make it smell that bad. Super disappointed. It was so hard to return. I was really debating keeping it, but the smell and damage it did to my natural hair outweighed trying it again. I hope this helps someone else!

Closest thing to naturally curly hair.
I absolutely love this. Super easy to use, took a few times to style it exactly how I like it to wear it down. The curl doesnât fall out in humidity which my curling iron curls always do also the waves lasts for a few days. I take a small amount of hair defrizzing product to it and scrunch it everyday. My husband even mentioned how much he likes my hair and usually doesnât comment on it.

Iâm super impressed with this beach wave curler! It arrived safely, well-packaged with zero damage. I went with the 1.25 inch option, which is pretty bigâgreat for longer hair like mine, but I wouldnât necessarily recommend it for shorter styles just because of how wide the barrel is.What blew me away is how wicked fast it heats upâseriously, it hits full temperature in under 2 minutes, which is the fastest Iâve ever seen with any curler. Itâs really easy to turn on and operate, though the technique takes a little getting used to. With a bit of practice, though, the results are amazing.Now Iâm really curious to try the 1 inch versionâseems like it would be perfect for travel, and maybe even a better fit for shorter hair. Overall, this is a high-quality tool that delivers beautiful, effortless waves. Definitely recommend!

L’unica pecca, ma non è un difetto, è che fa le onde molto alte e quindi a mio parere è più indicato sui capelli lunghi. Penso che prenderò il modello con i ferri più bassi. Comunque lo consiglio assolutamente perché è il sistema più semplice in assoluto per avere i capelli ondulati e le onde durano a lungo

Ii have tried rollers, heated tongs, barrel curling irons etc…. and not once has a curl or wave lasted in my hair. Not only that, I usually get the sense my hair is burning and i catch my fingers on the hot metal. Not with this Tymo gizmo! This IS a game changer!My hair is fine, straight and BORING and curls have never held. But, using the same prep as I usually use (clean hair, mousse, heat protector spray, and hair spray) the curls have lasted THREE DAYS. From less than an hour to THREE WHOLE DAYS.I love that i am using a cooler heat and my hair is only being heated for 6 seconds. The beep is so helpful as my ADHD brain (even in 6 seconds) can wander and then I end up over heat treating my hair.I absolutely LOVE my TYMO waver. So much so that I’ve shared a photo of me with fab hair rather than a pic of the device which you all know how it looks!I bought the 25mm waver and the smaller kinks make for the perfect beauty boost for my otherwise miserable hair.
