High quality sunscreen
I really lazy so rolling this in is great. Thereâs no white cast. Great for sensitive skin. Very high quality sunblock. The stick was harder than I thought it was going to be. The formula doesnât glide as easy as I would like but I think thatâs because of all the zinc oxide making it a stiff. I primarily use this for my face but itâs great for body use as well. Itâs travel size and fits in your purse easily. I donât know how well this would go on top of make up because the formula is so stiff. Overall really great and will buy again.

Pretty Good But Hard to Apply

So far so good! Some things to note about this sunscreen stick:1) It has a bit of a funny smell, like raw shea butter. Not an unpleasant scent, just different from the fragrances of most skincare products.2) Itâs a solid stick, obviously. The main inactive ingredient is sunflower seed wax which helps it hold its shape. If the stick is cold, then it will be difficult to apply smoothly and will pull on the skin. If youâre having trouble with application, try putting it in your pocket to warm up a bit before applying. You could also heat it *lightly* with a hairdryer. But only very very lightly, as all sunscreens should be kept out of excessive heat.3) Despite the matte finish, it has a slightly tacky feel to it that doesnât really go away. Tapping on a bit of face powder helps a little, but itâs more work than itâs worth, to me.4) And the best for last: this sunscreen is actually sheer. Like most people, I get a white cast from every physical sunscreen Iâve ever tried. This one looks like I have nothing on my face. That being said, Iâm a believer that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. So I will update this review after putting the sunscreen to the test in the wild. I burn and break out easily, so pray for me my fellows ð

Container has a nice compact size. Easy to apply, however it does leave a white cast. I needed this product to be able to apply it without skin contact between my fingers and my face. But it requires some rubbing to distribute it evenly.

I should have known better, but took the risk buying this product from Amazon instead of directly from the manufacturer. Iâve used an entire stick of this in the past with no issues; historically this has been a fantastic spf for outdoor sweaty/water activities, it stays on and does a great job at blocking UV rays from the sun without leaving my skin greasy like with supergoop. Iâve loved this product from EltaMDA.However, I took a chance and ordered it from Amazon this time. Big mistake. This stick is not the same as the one I had before, and has left me with hives on my cheeks 3x now (it took me 3 uses to figure out this was the culprit).They do not show up until the next day, thankfully this time you can clearly see where I swiped the stick across my left cheek in particularly. I donât know what this seller is doing to this product, but it is NOT the same. Something awful is in it.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON

Itâs handy and convenient to reapply to your face when you donât have an opportunity to wash hands first which is the reason I keep it in my sports bag. It does however pull/drag on your skin whilst applying.

I was looking for a sunscreen to apply Iâve the make up and pumped to this stick. I love MD and itâs other products, but this stick itâs very hard, itâs not easy to apply if your skin is dry to touch, also because it doesnât slide itâs difficult to apply evenly over your face. I also felt that it takes the make up with it when applied over the make up. Wouldnât buy it again :/
