Tryed this for sleep problems my primary care doctor said give it several months to see it it was going to work. Contacted company for refund because product just doest work, but company is trying to give problems on refunds now recent and all the ones in past wanting lot# and exp date but bottles I have already used are in trash. I have given them order numbers and everything but try to get out of refund Amazon wouldn’t refund and sent me to their rude customer service.STAY AWAY. DONT WORK. WONT REFUND

I have been using Sleep Mode for over 3 years now. I use it on & off , but mostly On! This is Fantastic and it really does help me to fall asleep faster and sleep somewhat longer too. This is a lifesaver for me as I know longer take a prescription sleeping pill or sedatives. Just ask your doctor before stopping or starting any medications or herbal remedies. I am 65 yr old and 180 lbs and take one tablet at bedtime. It is a bit expensive but well worth the Try, so get a Bottle and see for yourself. It’s Terrific!

I took two pills at first and two, four hours after and was still awake. I don’t find that prescription sleeping pills even work at all. Last time trying, it only works if you take with prescription sleeping pills I take 4 of these and one prescription pill and sleep for 8 hours. I take 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of these on its own doesn’t work or one prescription pill but together you sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. My body is clearly immune to a lot of things like anesthesia needs to be trippled to work on me.
