SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR BACK PAIN: The FitBeast back roller foam for back pain is made to massage the neck, shoulder and stretch the spine. The yoga wheel helps relieve shoulder pain, stiffness in the spine, and back pain, all of which can be caused by a sedentary lifestyle, bad sitting posture, not getting enough exercise, or an injury to the back.
WAVY BUMP TO GET THE DEEP MASSAGE: FitBeast 6″ back roller comes with a wavy bump, which will massage your neck and shoulder with gentle pressure. Precisely massage the back muscles according to the trigger point. The smaller the size, the more precise the massage, the larger the size, the better the back stretch effect.
GROOVE DESIGN TO PROTECT YOUR SPINE: The spine groove avoids pressing your spine or increasing spinal pressure. The bumpy design massages the deep muscles of the back and relieves muscle tension and back pain.
RACING HELMET MATERIAL, NOT BREAK: The inner part of the back roller is made of the same material as the majority of racing helmets, meaning it can withstand strong compression and is resistant to impact. It is sturdy, safe, can support up to 1000 pounds, and is not easily deformed or broken. The FitBeast back roller foam for back pain (6″ diameter, 5″ wide) will fit your back perfectly.
TUTORIAL VIDEOS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE: FitBeast offers product instruction and tutorial videos to help you make full use of our back roller. In addition, we have a professional after-sales team. No matter what the problem, we will help you solve it as quickly as we can.

Great product for the back!
These Fit Beast wheels are awesome! Just as pictured, they are very sturdy and wider than my more expensive name brand wheels. The extra width allows for better balance when rolling backwards over the wheels. There’s no chance of rolling off of the wheels and hurting oneself like I do with my other wheels. The bumps on them are firm but slightly squishy, which gives the muscles a bit of massage. I like the 3 different sizes for different areas of my body, but tend to use the medium size the most. The wheels fit inside of each other, which makes transporting and storing them a breeze. They work well, are a super value for what I paid, are sturdy, help in stretching the back, resulting in some good popping, and help alleviate my back pain. I use these before seeing the chiropractor and most nights before bed. These are a great, inexpensive addition to an adult’s daily stretch and wellness routine!

Fitbeast Foam Roller 30 Day Review
Build:The build quality of the Fitbeast foam roller is simple, but very solid. The inner ring (apparently made of racing helmet material) has a smooth finish. There is text embossed to indicate which side is the more firm, but this is pretty obvious just from pressing the nubs. The foam layer is firmly attached to the inner ring. As indicated above, the roller itself is half firm and half softer. It also has a channel down the middle where there are no nubs to avoid the spine. I thought that was a really nice feature that has been lacking on other products that Iâve used. I go a bit further into comfort below. After a monthâs use, I canât see any wear on the roller. It seems like something that will last a long time. I have purchased other Fitbeast products before including various grip strength tools and gymnastic rings. I incorporate most of these items into my daily routine and have had no issues with quality after having used some of their products for 3+ years. I definitely recommend the brand.Usage:Iâm a big fan of foam rollers and have a small collection that Iâve accumulated over the last 5-6 years. I have rotated between a standard 6â diameter roller, a more aggressive knobby roller, and one that runs between the shoulder blades. They all have their purpose, but also drawbacks. My bumpy roller was too aggressive, especially on my shoulder blades. I also felt that it was too aggressive near my spine. I found it useful, but often painful. The type that ran between my shoulder blades didnât do anything that my standard roller would do and wasnât aggressive enough. After having used the Fitbeast for a month, I think I will eliminate those two from the workout space. I canât imagine giving up the 6â roller. Itâs very versatile for the whole body. I think the Fitbeast roller shines when used on the back. I have tried it to foam roll my legs a bit. It was effective, but I think that the 6â roller is just a bit easier for that application since itâs closer to the ground. That said, for any back application, the Fitbeast roller is hands down the most effective foam roller Iâve used.Iâm a software engineer and sit a lot, so I use foam rollers daily for maintenance. Iâve used the Fitbeast daily for a month for both maintenance and on several occasions where I had a particular need to foam roll. It has always been very comfortable to use and it does a great job helping to work the tight areas in my back. I like the bigger yoga wheel since it gives my back a nice stretch. It doesnât irritate my shoulder blades or spine so I can get the therapeutic effect without the discomfort so I much more relaxed when I use roller.Iâm very happy with my purchase!

Years of Pain Gone
Iâve been using this well over a year and I can confidently say this has transformed my back health. Iâve struggled trying to crack my back in certain areas for years while this helped me do it effortlessly and relieve plenty of pain. Product is extremely durable and will probably last a life time. Very functional and helps really stretch areas of your back youâve been struggling to relieve.

Roll your way to a happier back and appropriately placed ribs!
While I still love and use my (flat foam covered) Chirp wheels, I can definitely say that the knobs on these Fit Beast wheels get right into knotted back and neck muscles for relief, and they are *outstanding* at putting my ribs back into place. They are definitely worth the money for me!

Small
Itâs a lot smaller than chirp 6 inch wheel. Itâs ok I donât really feel a huge difference. It is sturdy and made with good materials. Worth a try.

Strong foam roller
Easy to use. Firm and strong seems good quality. I’m pushing 280lbs and it’s holding. It’s relaxing.
Tina –
It is hard to keep balance at beginning, my suggesstion is make knobs at both side of the edge, then the wheel can touch the ground stablly. it can relax my back, but it is a little bit expensive.
