Satisfying crunch
I was prepared for these to be terrible but they are actually pretty good for what they are. They primarily taste like pumpkin seeds mixed with sunflower seeds with a hint of garlic and then a little spicy after taste. They do provide that cracker kind of crunch I’ve been missing on a no-carb diet while still helping my health so they are worth a try if you’re looking for something low-carb and like pumpkin and sunflower seeds. (Yes I’m aware there are more types of seeds in these but you don’t really taste those).

Taste is prohibitiveð
Forgive me but damn!!!!!! I could not spit them out fast enough and Iâm a lady. Thank goodness I was alone. They are gummy, or pasty like with little flavor other than what I assume is the flax, or maybe this flax has soured. I might be able to tolerate the texture with a completely different taste, but I cannot do that taste with anything. Disclaimer: I have never tasted flax before.Truly, I apologize for this negativity, but I must be honest on this with the cost, and then the size of the bag being so small, and then the taste; deserves zero stars. With closer inspection, I believe it is completely flaxseed probably ad here together with its own oils, ingredients also include apple cider vinegar! Lord, I shouldâve read the label before I got them. Here are some pics to give you an idea.

Love these crackers!
I have looked at every crackers brand at Wholefoods and most have bad oils in the ingredients. But when I happened to pass by I saw that they now had a cracker brand that I hadnât seen before. It is the only crackers that I can find that has no oils. I am now addicted to these crackers and put either almond butter or vegan cream cheese on them.

You will just have to give them a try.
Of the 4 flavors. My personal tastes ran from a zero, won’t probably eat more than the first ones I tried (Cinnamon & Currants) to ‘ok’ and doable maybe with some accessories like cheese or PB. (Sea Salt), to ‘I can eat 8 (1 serving, 9g fiber) or 16 of these plain and while they aren’t Nacho Cheese Doritos, I can enjoy the flavor (Rosemary & Savory). The Savory is my favorite. They have a little heat to them via red chilli flakes.Visually they are very much a processed fusion of flax seeds, in that they are obviously a flattened layer of flax seeds that are formed and cut, not as beautiful as the pictures on the outside of the bag. This isn’t an issue for me but some may find this off putting.I also arrived at this product via Casey Means videos and book. In the war to get fiber in my diet this is a option that works for me. It’s worth a try to see if it works for you.

Flackers Chili Lime Multi Seed Crackers are a staple in my home! 1 carb!
I adore the Chili lime Multi Seed Flackers and although they’re not my favorite flavor of Flackers they are pretty darn delicious! I like that the ingredients are all things I can pronounce, there’s only 1 carbohydrate per serving and no sugar! For anyone who is looking for a cracker that has moderate fat, high calories but I chop these in half and put them in servings so they’re smaller servings …these are for you! I only like these mixed with the plain Flackers because they’re spicy alone.. but if you like spicy things you will go nuts over these! They’re not too salty! They stay sturdy but because I tear them in half I get seeds from the flaxseeds at the bottom of the bag sometimes which can be sprinkled on a salad or something! The value for the money is worth it because there are very few products with 1 carb on the market! I buy tons of these Flackers but mostly the Rosemary flavor. I still will probably repurchase the chili lime flavor again mixed with the plain as I add avocado on them or a dip of some sort but they’re so delicious on their own! Let’s just say Flackers Multi Seed Crackers are a staple in my pantry! This is a 4.9 out of 5 stars! Please remember that!

OMG!! These are delicious!
Three simple ingredients. I couldn’t believe it. And they are really crispy and delicious. Exactly what you need to add some crispy crackers to your keto or low carb diet. They are great for scooping dips and cheeses.

Did not like taste
Didnât like.. a very strange and not good taste. Just not what I expected. I am sure they are healthy, but would not buy again. Also too expensive for the size of bag.

One of the worst tasting food items
As a dietician and physician assistant, I truly believe “you are what you eat.”I therefore eat extremely we’ll including a wide variety of foods that do not always taste as delicious as I would like, but that is okay. I have actually gotten used to eating foods that some people in my life could not possibly tolerate. Since I am trying a “gluten free, sugar free (including no fruit which contains natural sugar and no artificial sweeteners) food plan for 21 days so I wanted something to “crunch on.” I read that this product fits into my anti-inflammatory plan so I couldn’t wait tot try ti. When My husband saw me one the package he said the flaxseed crackers looked good and he wanted to try one too. neither of us could handle the one bite, and we were nauseas from its taste alone! It looks good if you like flaxseeds, and I do. It has a nice crunch if you like that which many people enjoy. But the taste was vile and neither I nor my husband had an easy time getting the potent vile taste out of our mouth. I brushed my teeth WELL, I ate foods with a rich flavor to mask the after taste….but the aftermath was awful! I do not recommend, and I like and/or tolerate just about anything that is healthful. I do not mean to sound obnoxious, but I would give this “zero stars” if I could. Lastly, these crackers in this favor (the only flavor I tried), seriously smells like a potent smelling dog treat that I have a hard time givingly dog since it smell so strong. Perhaps I associated that smell (of the dog treat) with the taste of this product? Regardless, I was seriously nauseous after eating this product and the after taste angered for not just me, but for my hubby too. It’s just awful!
