Awesome pull down pads!!I attached a two foot long 5/8â threaded rod from Home Depot to my Ethos 1.0 Power Cage. These pads slid on perfectly! Couple washers and a nut to hold them in place & youâre set ân ready for pull-downs (donât ask what size washer & nut; you gotta pay attention or you just shouldnât be trying to buy – let alone use – this stuff).Perfect support piece I needed! Pads are soft yet firm, providing comfort during use & covered in a strong black vinyl for that classic gym piece look. Easy to clean after your sweaty routine!!

Replaced a pair of old rollers that were itchy beyond belief. These were a bit longer than what my my attachment could handle, but overall it is a descent replacement to the original foam rollers on my leg curl attachment.
