I was extremely pleased with this set of hand strengthening items. I was a little afraid that the quality of construction would be low since the price was so good, but they have still held up and I’ve had them for months. It’s very comprehensive on helping improve grip, finger strength both pushing and pulling. The adjustable grip strengthenor is very well made and very clear on use. I will probably give a couple of these as gifts and when I need to buy another for myself. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.
