Very accurate
This Homedics Wrist blood pressure monitor is fantastic! Itâs lightweight, comfortable, and super easy to use with its one-touch operation. The Bluetooth connectivity makes tracking my readings effortless, and the irregular heartbeat detection adds peace of mind.Despite some reviews claiming itâs inaccurate, I tested it against my doctorâs office monitor, and the readings were consistently precise. The cuff fitness detection ensures a proper fit for accuracy, and the Smart Measure Inflation Technology makes the process smooth and comfortable. Definitely a reliable and convenient blood pressure monitor!

Not Worth It
Disappointed with this Homedics blood pressure monitor. The Bluetooth connection is unstable and the results are not accurate. The one-touch operation is easy, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of reliability. I wouldn’t recommend it. ð

Small and lightweight device, but the font size and diagrams in the instructions are too small.
First, I want to mention that I received this product for evaluation. I planned to use the Homedics Wrist Cuff 700 Series Blood Pressure Monitor, One-Touch Operation to measure my blood pressure. I expect that this product is easy to set up, of good quality, and works well. This product has met most of my expectations and the quality is great. This is a wrist cuff that can upload the results to your cellphone through an app. This device is pretty small, which is good when traveling. It may be used by two people, storing the measurement for both in the device.Three booklets with the instructions are included: one in English, the other in Spanish, and the third in French. The font size in the instructions is small and the diagram showing how to place the cuff on the wrist is minuscule! The app is easy to use but the pairing process was difficult because the instructions did not include that information. The pairing process was described in steps in the app, after you select your model. Selecting the model was confusing because the booklet said that the device belonged to series 700 but then the model number was BPW-800BT-WT. Why does an 800-model number belong to a series 700? Hence, this was confusing.Regarding the product performance, it seems to work well. I measured my blood pressure using this device on my wrist and using a traditional cuff monitor on my arm. I only took two measurements, and the maximum difference was 9 mmHg on the systolic and 4 mmHg on the diastolic results. I read about this and learned that there will be a difference between both types of devices.

Malfunctioning
I used the device as directed but it always over inflated to the point of leaving internal blood spots under the skin and kept inflating for too long. To the point where my arm was almost numb after 15 minutes and felt heavy due to the blocked blood circulation. So basically I wasted my money and I recommend you not to spend money on this and buy a better quality one instead.

Perfect size
I purchase this device to take it with me while a travel. I tested at home, gives consistent readings and it’s perfect size to take it on trips or keep it in a car. It’s ease to use, good value .

It’s perfectly Ok if you ignore 80% of the features and directions.
Simple is as simple does. I unfolded what looked like a 1/4 scale map of the world (of which there are three in the box) trying to find out how the battery compartment opens. Gave up and just took a pry tool to it. Fortunately I did not break it, but it certainly was not easy.Sometimes I wish makers would not try and pack so much into a device. I simply wanted the more simple way to check than a bulb infating cuff and a stethescope. This tries to do a bit too much. I started into the fold out and then just stopped. Perhaps it’s for liability reasons but nobody wants to read all that. No, I don’t want to use my phone with it or create charts or logs. No, I don’t need to program in the date or time as the resulting display output is so small I can’t see it anyway. If everyone in my house uses it occasionally they why link it to Bluetooth? Why give it access to my data or download an app? They are missing the target interest audience here, I can’t think of anyone who really wants to track all compare all those metrics but only spend $30. Think “jitterbug phone.” – Big buttons, big screen, gives you want you want without confusion.Setting that aside, I was able to get it to start. There is a bit of a delay and trying to push the start / stop button again just turns it off. So, first push the little weird symbol that is somehow representative of a hand and wrist blinks. Then just wait. It has to be correctly placed on the inside of your wrist so that it senses your radial pusle. If it does not, it will run about 5 seconds then display an error code like “E1” or “E3”. Move it around a bit and try that a few times if needed and eventually the little motor will kick on and inflate the device will take a reading a display the results. Pulse matched my Garmin watch and generally speaking it was accurate.I wish there was a “On/Off” and a “Start/Stop” and perhaps a “Save” to show the last reading only. Everything beyond that could have been spent on a bettery battery compartment and better inflation motor.
