Helps when I canât sleep
Iâve been using this product for years when Iâm having trouble sleeping. It takes a little while to work but it works pretty well for me. I love that it doesnât make me drowsy in the morning.

To be clear, these are not sleeping pills. They help you calm your brain. During the day and at night. Not something you take everyday, I feel like your body might get used to them and they might stop working.

I’m one of those people who wake by about 4am every day. I’ve used other homeopathic sleep aids, but this one is my least favorite so far.Pros: I can use it during intermittent fasting, bc it’s not chewable.At home, on a regular day, it can get me an extra hour or so of sleep.It does not cause grogginess at all the next day.Cons: it does not seem to be strong enough to keep me asleep through minor aches that awaken me.Once I’m awake in the middle of the night, it does not seem to help me get back to sleep.Still groggy from lack of sleep.If there’s any stress, travel, etc, I don’t notice any benefit or added sleep at all.
