Firm, but not hard. Quality fabric.
This is a really great pillow with good support but not too hard. I just ordered a second one for my regular bed to replace another brand neck support pillow that was coming to the end of its life.Fluffed right up and fully expanded in about 2 hours. I had read in some reviews about a bad/strong odor, so I actually smelled it out or the bag and no odor whatsoever.I’ve had my original one for over 2 years and has seen a lot of travel and has held up well. For travel it’s not heavy and doesn’t take a lot of room in the suitcase. If needed, I’ve clipped it with a carabiner clip to the outside of my carryon which has worked well.I have the light green and the light blue. Fabric covers are very nice and I’m really happy with this pillow for both home and travel.

Got this to help this older woman with an overnight stay in an airport. It compacted nicely in my backpack. It gives enough support for my neck and head. I’ve used it a few other times, including a few nights after I got a stinkin’ kink in my neck at home. Needed something smaller and it worked. Washes up nicely and I like that there’s a removable pillow case.

Took this pillow to Panama for 2 months. While it isn’t the same as my pillow at home, it is much more comfortable than pillows in hotels or Airbnb’s. I like storing it in the bag for ease of packing but the bag is kind of narrow and too long.

Product was OK, but we preferred a different one
The product seemed OK, but we had ordered two different ones to see which we liked better (similarly priced), and we liked the one from Nappler much better. Both were about the same size but the Nappler was fluffier and we couldn’t feel the little foam bits that you feel in this one, which may be subject to personal tastes. Both condensed into a similar size (13x4x4″). This product, at least the one we got, did not have any significant odor as some have reported.
