This is good for a beginner to keto, who is learning about the keto diet. Over 65% of the book is explaining the keto diet.This book has a meal plan with recipes and a day recommendation of when to make the recipe. The set up is like a cookbook with a day in the title. As a meal prep book; I was looking for a grocery list, which containers to use, quantity for each container, and storage advice.
