Saved my ankle
I know you’re supposed to put these on before the blister starts, however that was not my case. I wore a new pair of shoes to work and it tore through the back of my ankle. The worst blister I have ever received, so bad in fact I had to wear slip ons for two weeks for it to heal. This is where the tape came in. My foot was still healing, but I couldn’t wear slip ons to work, this tape saved my ankle. I used a little extra padding underneath for comfort given my situation, the tape didn’t move, peel, or cause any irritation to my skin. Held in place so nicely I was able to wear regular shoes without additional trauma to the area or pain.Give the tape 5-10 min to really settle onto your skin before adding socks or shoes, it helps it cure and stay in place. It is worth the wait. I would recommend these to anyone preventing or healing from a blister.

Works really well on the soles of the feet
It didn’t work well on my toe areas, but it did eliminate painful friction on the soles of my feet, and it stays in place and lasts the entire day. Note, I haven’t used this product in the hot months of Summer yet, only during the Winter and Spring months. I didn’t try or have a need to use it on the back heel areas of my feet, nor the top or sides of my feet.

Has potential, but on first use / application it wasn’t what I hoped for.
I will have to update this review later as I use the tape more, but my first impression is “so-so”. It’s supposed to protect your skin by providing a different surface for your shoe to rub against so you don’t get a blister. I already have a blister. I attempted to use this over the top of KT’s blister pads so I could get back into my soccer cleats and keep on running / playing. Result was not great. The blister pads don’t hold up to physical activity. The height of the blister pads is the same as the width of these blister tape sections. Thus the tape really only held at either end. Laterally it was good. Vertically it had no chance of holding the blister pad in place and doing its job as a new contact surface. In the end it wound up rolled up inside my sock doing nothing. It and the blister pad came off.Once the blister heals up I’ll try these strips alone to see if it prevents further development of blisters. If so, my rating will go up. For now I question the strength of the adhesive and how well it holds up to the force you see in the heel of a soccer cleat as you stop, start, turn, cut, and kick.Edit: I have now used the strips by themselves and it’s better. I was playing soccer last night, using the same boots which caused the blister the first time around. The KT strip performed well. When applied to dry, clean skin it adheres and seems to stay in place. I’m a bit older and out of shape so I can’t say I’m running, stopping, cutting, and kicking as hard as I would have 20 years ago, but the tape was still in place after 2 hours of running around. I could feel the heel cup on the new cleats rubbing, but only the top edge of the tape started to roll up (maybe a few millimeters). There was no new blister at the end of the day. I’ll keep using the strips until I feel the cleats are broken in well enough.

Great for blister prevention.
Great for bister prevention. I put these on the ball of my feet where I usually start to develop some hot spots which I end up taking a couple of days to recover from. Now I just put them on before my walk or hike, which is usually 5-8 miles and no more hot spots! They stay on the whole time so adhesion is good. Like I said great for blister “prevention”.

Worked better than expected
Way better than I thought & better than the previous brand I was using. I work 12hr days and walk between 20k and 50k steps a day in safety shoes⦠needless to say my feet need as much protection as I can give them. These stick all day and actually arenât difficult to remove. The last brand would sometimes tear my skin coming off of my heals, these come off with ease.

there are better ones out there
i ordered these because i needed them quickly, while waiting for a delivery of a different brand that rhymes with shmyshmedic shmupershkin blister tape that took about a week longer through their direct website. the kt tapes are far inferior to the other brand that i eventually got. the kt tape is hard to take the backing tape off, which makes it sometimes fold and adhere to each other like when youre trying to wrap something in saran wrap. the tape adhesion strength is also far weaker than the other brand. this is also more like a tissue paper feel to the surface while the other brand is more like a plastic-y bandaid feel. i think i prefer the feel of the kt tape in this respect, but the other brand’s feel isnt bad. overall, i wouldnt purchase this product again, but have already purchased more of the other brand.

I suffer terribly from heel blisters when I wear sneakers, no matter what I wear or what I do……this pre-cut tape has solved the problem, along with some great new socks I bought on Amazon too. I walked two hours today and not a single hint of a blister forming on either foot. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again!

Excelente producto, suave al tacto, flexible, súper buena adherencia, y cumple 100% su función, use estas bandas para proteger mis pies en la caminata de Santiago, y me duraban todo el dÃa bien pegadas, yo las cambié diario porque me bañaba y me era más cómodo quitarlas y al otro dÃa ponerme unas nuevas, sin duda evitaron ampollas, claro que también use calcetines de Merino, sin embargo creo que sin estas banditas hubiera sufrido más de lo deseable.
