I bought this for my 78 year old sister to help with her 83 husband who has recently started falling. He fell and she said it didnât work. Now, take into account that she isnât too strong. So, I guess when thinking of purchasing this item, think who will be using it to pull up someone. I tried

Need 2 strong people
It is a really good idea but requires 2 rather strong people. Both friends I sent them to cannot use them because the patients are not strong enough.
