THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT. Extremely accurate with a “near EKG”
An oximeter by definition measures the oxygen in the blood (%SPO2). This is measured in % where you want to be as close to 100% as possible. Good readings are between 95% and 99% and anything lower than 90% should be seen as a problem (I’m not a MD but it’s easy to research). I’m at 95% on the picture.The second reading this gives you is a live reading of your heart beats per minutes (PRbpm) which again at rest you should be between 55 and 65 (I’m at 60 BPM in the picture). This is a great added feature since it’s recorded live and updated by the second, so if you want to verify consistency over a few seconds, this will very precisely give you that information.Finally, the top chart is your heart beating in real time represented as a graph. Honestly this is not technically an EKG/ECG but it’s pretty precise to give you an idea of how your heart is beating (on the picture it was a bit erratic since I moved and then beat steadily for 4 steady beats). That’s actually the function I like the most since it shows you in real time VERY sensitively how steady your heart is beating.Construction is excellent, accuracy is probably the best on the market (that’s why I got this one since I’m serious about my health and the health of others if I need to diagnose them). The little blue carry bag is also great if you want to attach that to your belt for easy access (if you’re a doctor, nurse, paramedic, training coach) or convenient to protect it if you throw it in your med kit like I do.I would rate this 6 stars if I could, it’s a few dollars more than the cheaper ones. Don’t skimp on the price of a coffee for something cheaper, this is the one you want.

Works great.
It works as expected and is very accurate. Ãt saved my wife’s love as the reading showed her Spox was too low. Went to ER immediately and they kept her in hospital for 4 nights to get her stable. An inexpensive way to monitor how your heart and lungs are doing.

This pulse oximeter is definitely worth what you pay for it.
I have had my pulse oximeter now for over a year. No problems with it. It does n’t even eat through the batteries very fast. This is a great training aid if you are into strenuous exercise, body building, or aerobics.This is also great to have in case you have weak lungs, or have other type of lung problems. From what I have seen, and through comparison with other pulse oximeters, this is very accurate.

Really nice to have one that can be read from either selected hand/finger!
This was a little bit difficult to figure out in the beginning. After the learning curve, however, I find that I really like the features it has for being able to read it from either right or left hand. I did suspect that I was having oxygenation issues and this monitor proved my suspicions. Not much I can do about it, but at least I know why I often wake with headaches in the morning. (Low oxygen levels)!I highly recommend this to anyone needing to know their blood oxygen saturation levels. For the money it is well worth the purchase!

Worth It!
After getting extremely sick this summer, my doctor said it was a really good idea to get my own O2 monitor so I could keep an eye and make sure my lungs werenât taking another dive. This is super easy to use and doesnât drain the battery at all. I have loaned it to friends who also ended up purchasing their own because of how great it was. I also love the little case it came with. What can I say, Iâm a sucker for things being put away and tidy looking. LolIf you are debating purchasing this, I highly recommend it! You wonât be disappointed in any way!

The heartbeat monitor’s off often. Unless you leave it on for a minute or so. I need to confirm with a blood pressure monitor and often they don’t match by quite a bit…
