Great product and even better customer service
My husband looked for a long time for a new Smith Machine after we had to get rid of the one we purchased from another company. He read the reviews of this product and decided to order it. We are so glad we did. It was less expensive than the one we purchased before and the quality of this one is 10 times better. We could tell from the moment we took the items out of the box that this was a great product. We were able to build it together and it looks great in our home. I also want to point out that their customer service was excellent after one of the pieces was damaged in transit. When we communicated the issue to the seller, they immediately responded and sent a replacement part right away. We received it in a few days at no extra charge to us so we were very pleasantly surprised. The smith machine works great, it has alot of options for exercises, it is sturdy and well put together. It is a great product.

Not bad, worth the cost.
The machine itself as a whole is nice, it has good quality materials and everything works as it should.Putting it together, other than the base, nothing lines up perfectly so you will have to pull and push the bars to line them up, doesnât mean itâs wonky or wobbly, or it sits uneven or anything, once itâs all together itâs great, and the instructions arenât bad but they could definitely be better. If youâre picky and a*** about stuff, for the cost of this machine the brand sign will probably bug you because itâs not cutout into the metal how the picture shows, itâs just a sticker, so it looks very cheap and cheesy.

My husband and i are in love with this smith machine, it has everything we need, is sturdy and not to hard to assemble considering all the things it have, good price for money, and the customer service of the seller are exceptional, i received a cable which was pealing, j write them directly and in few hours they reply, they send me a brand new cale free of charge and within a week. Great buying!

Overall a nice Smith machine.
Overall a decent machine. Definitely well built, much beter quality than the Marcy smith I’ve been using. Oneof the boxes got delayed about a week. Packaging could be a little better, came in in pretty rough shape from FedEx. Some of the paint/coating rubbed off some of the parts. Instructions are small pictures, no real Instructions to it. That needs major improvement.
