Bad battery
EDIT:After contacting the company they sent me a new battery and everything works just fine now. Apparently I misunderstood the first couple of emails they sent. But they made good on their product. Very satisfied!Nice chair but the battery won’t charge. I tried multiple outlets. Chair came from outside of the US and don’t see any info to contact the seller.Did finally get ahold of seller and they refunded me $20 but no battery. Looked thru batteries on Amazon but couldn’t find one compatible. Chair is useless without a battery as it doesn’t plug directly into the wall. Paid almost $500 for something that I can’t use. Buyer beware!

good lifter but dangerous to keep upright
This product does the job in lifting but it should not be left in a sitting position as the chair falls backward when there is no one sitting on it. It weighs a lot and when it comes down it makes a loud crashing noise indicating serious danger if someone’s in the way. So far it has fallen twice and I wrote the seller and got no response. I keep it in the down position so that it cannot fall but I am disappointed that the chair is not stable. But, I will say this, the chair can lift a very heavy person with no problems safely. Just don’t leave it in a kitchen as they show in their ad.The seller contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I want neither, the chair does its job in an emergency and I can live with it folded until needed. I had cops come over to get my wife off the ground and they commented on how powerful this chair is. They got her on and up in seconds. So I’m keeping it.

Very comfortable and solid safe feeling.
After researching several from the floor lift chairs, this chair exceeds my expectations as is all heavy metal construction, far stronger and much safer (especially for a heavier person) than the plastic ones. Very comfortable seat and back, easy in and out with folding arms, cordless, and very little assembly required. Also very compact when in down position, easily rolling under the bed, out of sight. The seller is quick to respond if need to contact them with a question.

Seniors beware defective product
Buyer beware. Nice chair but defective arms and iron base post, not possible to attach arms to chair. Seller said try again then no response when I said again it was defective. Will keep rather than pay for 58 lbs postage and heavy lifting to return. No compensation for defective product.

The concept is great, but the execution not so good. Does anyone have a clue on how to lock and unlock this chair once somebody is seated? Extremely difficult to work.

Solid chair that hope weâll never need to use
We purchased this for use with my elderly mother in the event she has a fall. The chair is solid and appears to be well made. Itâs easy to use and appears to handle a fair amount of weight. We tested with 230 pounds (me, not my mother) and it worked fine. Having it will give us a much better and safer way to lift her. Hopefully, weâll never need to use it.The only issue we had was installing the arms. The first set came with holes that were not threaded. An email to customer service got us new arms. The company made sure that the bolts would work by installing them in threaded holes.
