A Less Expensive USWE Pack?
I haven’t owned a USWE hydration pack but this looks very similar to the USWE ones my friends have. Except at least $20 cheaper. I’ve used it on very long MTB rides and it’s been great. Even full to the brim the weight is well distributed on the back and the wide straps spread the load over my shoulders so there aren’t any pain points. I can’t say the same for the many Camelbak hydropacks I’ve had. Tighter or a little looser the pack feels good and doesn’t move around even descending over pretty rough terrain. Bladder works great. Bite valve works perfect. First time I’ve used the kind with the clasp that slides across the top. Easier to fill than the screw lid style my Camebak style packs have had. I prefer this kind now. The smaller outer zipper pocket is just big enough for my large phone and keys. The magnetic clasp for the drink tube works great. I bought a 4-pack of almost identical magnetic clasps here on bAmazon and added a 2nd one to the tube so there are magnets on both sides of the chest buckle. Makes it quite easy to lower it and click back into place when done drinking. I will very likely use this pack for dirt bike trail riding and maybe even for some sprint enduro desert racing. Highly recommended.

Great pack, feels legit and amazing, awesome materials…..just not compatible with a chest harness, so I’m returning it….but I feel like it’s a missed opportunity I really want a chest harness for this pack

Dirtbiker. Excellent product!! I’m going to get another one too. Refuse to give CBack another penny seeing that they don’t support US but do support those that want to stop us from enjoying public land.
