Im 5’1 roughly 145-150 lbs . I have had multiple back surgeries within the recent years , a car accident, and recently slipped the disc again. Fair to say my back is “busted” , for lack of better word choice. Going from being an athlete and working out consistantly to my recent back issues, even took a toll on me mentally. After re-injuring my lower back recently I was starting to loose hope and I just refuse to have a 3rd back surgery.I initially purchased a posture corrector that also offered lower lumbar support. I was excited about the produt, however it would not stay in place around the lumbar area and actually caused more pain over time. Of course it was returned , which led me here. I saw the initial video of the young man with Scoliosis . So I decided to take a chance. This thing arrived the next day even when ordering it around 10:45pm. I have had it on all day for the most part because I sit down for work as well, I am currently in school so I sit down for my studies.The brace size I chose is medium as I’m a 32 to 33 waist. This is the perfect size and the perfect support. My mobility just walking around the house is even improved with this brace on. The inner braces that provide support to your mid to lower lumbar area are in the perfect place and have a slight bend, which conforms to the natural arch in the small of your back. This adds comfort and support. This brace also has two outside adjustable straps, that when pulled tightens around your waist. It feels like a comfort hug while remainging flexible and alow breathability. The straps expands with your body on a huge inhale.For those that might care about such things it actually conceals the mid section. So kinda acts as a girdle in a sense and is hidden pretty well under a shirt. Cant really tell that it is on.I know I have typed a lot. Words just can’t describe the relief and joy that I’m in right now. This product works wonders and if you have had any type of back issues and need support . I highly recommend this product.

I loved the back brace but it felt like it was a small , I ordered a medium, but we couldnât find the size on the brace it all so I donât know how to order another one until you get this back and tell me what size you sent because a medium should have fit but this one was almost two inches closing and Iâm 34 in the waist. Iâll wait unti you get it back text me and tell me what size this one was please.

It works
I really like this back brace. It gives support in 3 positions which I needed. Itâs gives support while standing, sitting and in a laying down position (prone position). It helps with my back pain. It also seems to help with my abdomen too.At first the Velcro works great. However with time it seems to diminish a little. It can hear the sounds of the Velcro striving to hold.Also with use the glue holding the backing where the Velcro is attached will separate. It has to be reglued if you want to continue using it!!! Iâm not sure about the cause of this problem. I ordered the size they recommended, yet I wish I had ordered the next size up.Since I really like the support it gives my back, I plan to reorder it again but order a larger size.Also, I like that I can wear it under my clothing. I always wear a camisole touching my skin and place the back brace on top of the camisole before wearing my outer top!!! This brace is not visibly seen when I wear it under my clothes. Since the Velcro has weaken a little, it does bulge a little in front because it doesnât lay down flat anymore!!! Thatâs my purchase for wanting a bigger size!!! I hope it will go on sale so I can buy a bigger size!!!

Was involved in a car accident and used this bc the hospital one was terrible.Man the best support and has alot of adjustability if you have a tummy. Its also wide enough.Woman that have had children we all know the residual hip, back pain and lack of core. This gives you relief in the lower back on the static nerve and works under clothes. If i wear a dress know one even knows.

Don’t buy
Ok I bought 3 of these back braces because the had the extra wide back belt to cover more of your low back. The first one I wore is good the second one the velcro ripper from the material it was Attached to came apart all the stitching contacted the company no word as of yet. This has been a month now the third one with the picture. it shows a white Velcro patch if you want to call it might even be glued on. I donât see any stitching to it, but this will not even stay attached the first time you bend over appeals heart because the Velcro strip is too narrow. This is the first time Iâve born this morning, and two out of three of garbage so I wouldnât buy either one of them this one from this company. It appears the companies customer service does not wish to engage in their faulty products and we just rather have bad reviews written about them so this is whatâs going to happen , donât buy it piece of garbage

Not exactly as expected
I was so excited when I found this lumbar brace to help me heal from a lumbar injury. Itâs not as wide as shown in the pictures. It does have two heavy duty stays but they bent with a few times of wear. The other two stays on the sides are plastic. I love that it cinches up tightly but I have to wear another lumbar brace over it to get the support needed. I guess I got what I paid for.

Life saver
This is the best back brace I’ve ever owned, I’ve been wearing it regularly for 2 years now and it is still going strong, the Velcro still holds and it’s still supportive. It gets a little bunched up if I bend down a lot but it’s easy to just readjust it and good to go.
