Great support, runs small
This back brace has been a life saver since I tweaked my back! I’ve been wearing it all day (7-8hrs) at work, I’m on my feet a lot & it has provided great support. I like the thickness of the pads, it gives it just the right amount of pressure to relieve my lumbar pain. The velcro is strong & seems high quality. This definitely runs very small, I’m petite with a small waist & it just barely fits so do size up if you need a bit more room in the tummy.

Sorry But For The Price I Was Expecting More Bells And Whistles…
Sorry but I just don’t see the “bang for the buck” sort of speaking on this brace. I have on and off again Sciatica where most of my pain is on one side or the other of my lower back so when I work outdoors I need some firm support that I’m not seeing on this brace. If you noticed in my first attached pic the two compression straps could not be properly adjusted due to their overlapping in the front with no way to secure one on top of the other so I had to back one off a little to allow the hook and loops to fasten securely so both of the compression straps would stay put. Actually I have a 38″ waist so I ordered the XL per the sizing chart and it should have easily fit my waist since the stated size for the XL is 38 to 46 inches, I was expecting to have to fully wrap the belt over to one side over the other but I only had an overlap of the belt ends at the front of about 4 inches so I would be skeptical of this XL coming close to providing a good fit for someone towards the top of the XL sizing. Also for a brace that offers good Lumbar Support I was expecting a removable Lumbar Pad and several aluminum memory stays for some rigidity in the back and possibly another pre-curved stay for the spine and on the inside of the brace I’ve gotten use to seeing some form of vertical silicone strips, one on each side going the full height of the belt, to keep the brace from slipping up or down when bending or sitting.For this brace it would work fine for individuals that may want some light lower back reinforcement during their workouts and don’t have any actual sprains or pre-existing lower back pains but even at that I would expect the price to be much lower since I would consider this brace as an entry level workout brace or one that you may want to wear during various sport activities that you may be involved in…

Easy to use good fit but no instructions
Product is easy to use and strap on, fit is decent for my small size. But no paper instructions included with the package. Either you intuitively figure it out, or go online to the product listing here to see how it is used from looking at the sample photos.In terms of fit, is easy to adjust, stretching the velcro straps as need. However, I must say for it to work correctly or well and fit/stay on well, you have to strap it on tight. Otherwise, it fits loose, and the velco strap may unstrap from flexion of your tummy and waist movement. In terms of the loose (and tight) fit, it fits best if you don’t have a bulging belly and instead have six pack abs – you can fit it ok with a belly but only if you strap it tight – for me when I didn’t do that, my belly was flexing against the loosely strapped velcro kind of pushing it to unstrap.Strapped tight, it does seem to offer support for the back, but I will have to test it further later on when I actually do use it to lift heavy items, haven’t had a need for that now. Mostly do that on rare occassions and when moving houses, etc.

Measure before buying..
I may have been better off with a medium, as I’m on the edge of the small to medium measurement, but I went with small since most of the time they run a bit larger. Nope! These run true to size, though they do not leave much room to wrap the belt around you since the main attach point is so short. So be sure to measure and choose accordingly, at least one size up. I like that it helps minor back pain for sure, but there is no hard plastic/steel plate on the back part as some other belts like these have. So it may not have a lot of support, but it also may be comfier to wear more often without it being too stiff.. though I would have liked more stiffness. Honestly, there are better options out there, with better fit and support. Edit: It has a strong plastic, almost tar-like smell that won’t go away after weeks 🙁
