I bought this complete omega 3-6-9 for my husband a last month. his brain function has improved considerably. He use to have worries, being anxious, anxiety issues and loss of apitite. Now all that has subsided and he is slowly gaining weight back. Omega 3-6-9 in combined with vitamin ‘E’, Vitamin ‘C’, and ‘B’ Complex. they are all liquid form so nutrients are absorbed quickly. Because it’s liquid it’s easily absorbed. There’s no aftertaste there’s basically no taste at all.

Once you get used to it, not a problem to take it.
The very first time I took this. I mixed it with grape juice, bad idea! It made the taste stronger and made me almost regret taking this in liquid form by mixing it. I know the benefits of Fish Oil so I was looking for a Manufacturer that was rated high in quality. I asked my Doctor and this brand is in the top 3 he mentioned. The other 2 I couldn’t recall their names now, but I remember when I was researching I didn’t see many reviews. Then I read alot of helpful reviews on Amazon and online, but for Nordic Naturals. I compared the Positives and Negatives (Negatives: Fishy taste even though lemon flavored (hardly) and you wouldn’t be able to take this on vacation if it’s opened-needs refridgeration plus bottle to big. Cap is not so great after liquid is left on rim when you close it so you have to wipe well). Then tried for myself. I wish they had a dropper that came with it and a better cap though because the contents are very thick. You have to keep it in the Fridge after opening it. However, not giving up by day 3 I took it and ate afterwards so it made the whole fishy taste go away. I just pour a tspn and toss it to the back of my throat avoiding my tongue once daily. Drink water or OJ and eat. I do feel like its helped my digestion compared to taking this in pill form. With the pill form, I felt like I had fish burps like it wasn’t digested-Costco brand. My skin is better too, but I’m not sure if that’s just because I haven’t been in the sun lately. I paid $46.70 on Amazon and regular price is $54.95.It was shipped to me wrapped well so cap/seal was protected.

The picky eater likes this and is willing to take it daily without fuss. The fish flavor is super light, and the lemon is light enough but still present enough to mask the light fish flavor. I will definitely purchase this again! I am so happy to have found something that works for the picky eater!
