WARNING: If you value your eyesight, DO NOT buy this juicer!The machine malfunctionedâa plastic piece broke off, flew out, and hit me in the eye! I immediately contacted Amazon. The rep said this has happened to other customers and assured me theyâd issue a refund. I asked about returning the juicer, and they told me not to worry and just dispose of it. I even asked twice to confirm, and they said it was fine.Now, after Iâve thrown the machine away per their instructions, Amazon says they canât process the return and that I need to contact the manufacturer. REALLY?! I donât even have the product anymore because you told me to toss it!Iâm currently on hold with another rep who says the issue is being escalated to a manager. This has been a nightmare.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JUICER!And honestly, Iâm rethinking my entire relationship with Amazon after this ridiculous and dangerous experience.

Efficient juicer
This is a great juicer. It runs super quietly, and can crush any fruit or vegetable that you through out at it. I will say that i’m not an experienced user of fruit juicers, but this runs very easily, and helps to squeeze all of the juices possible out of whatever you throw into there. The two separate outputs, one or juice, and the other for all of the pulp is a nice feature that lets you easily keep processing more fruit/veggies into the juicer while clearing out waste.My only real complaint is that this product is not easy to clean….. yes, you can easily disassemble it and hand wash it, but there are so many pieces, and they all require hand cleaning… you will not be able to just throw this into the dishwasher as advertised.

Great juicer. It is easy to use and it gets the most juice out of your fruits and vegetables.It is compact and it is easy to use. It does not take up much counter space. it is also easy to clean.

READ READ!?!!Spent 600$ on a juicer just for it to quitI went on Google to check the companies reviews, man man man, they have 1.2 âï¸âs. Very very heartbreaking knowing I couldâve avoided this mess.Contacted the company, they wanted pictures of me cutting the cord so they can send a new one. I sent the pictures beginning of March. Now itâs end of April. No response from them and no new machine.Be careful. Donât waste your money

A quality juicer comparable to my Revo830
I used this for awhile before reviewing. For comparison, I also have a Kuvings Revo 830 juicer. TLDR – I think this does as well as my more expensive juicer. I didnt find cleanup any harder than the Revo. It does a really good job of extracting all the liquid and expelling the pulp.I do like the Intellidial, something my other unit doesnt have. This unit is a lot smarter than the Revo. I also like the chipping blade in the top. You can just throw items in and they chop up rather than precutting.One thing I will mention that isnt specific to this product but rather true of all masticating juicers. The amoutnt of juice you get is decent but it takes a bit of fruit to get there. Also, cleanup of all of these can be a little tedious to really clean it up. My wife is a vegetarian and she doesnt use it as much as me simply becasue of cleanup time.

Not to happy
Purchase juicer based on reviews, I shouldâve looked since all the reviews are from individuals who received the juicer for free. The base of the juicer is very heavy and seems sturdy. I dislike the knob because I had to press it a couple of times because the juicer would shut off while I was so trying to juice. I ended up with a lot of fruits and vegetables that did not juice And the way the blades is if items were up in the canister the blades were not able to juice, so I constantly had to push it down.. I have an older omega masticating juicer and Huron 100. I think Iâm going to continue using these I canât justify paying $500 for a juicer that I still have to cut up the vegetables or the fruits and it didnât juice everything I put in the container.. Note the items, the fruit and vegetables did come out dry also the juicer had a lot of foam at the top of my juice. I wanted to like it but I think it missed its mark.

I have owned a wide variety of juicing products, across a broad spectrum of price points. This Omega model certainly sits at the far end of that continuum. Does it outperform everything else I have ever used? Overall, probably yes. Is it worth its premium pricing? That depends. If your kitchen is already outfitted with exclusively top-of-the-line Sub-Zero, Miele, Wolf, and Thermador appliances, then this juicer will fit right in. If not, your investment might be better spent on another category.Some key takeaways: this is a masticating juicer. It is slower than others. Bear that in mind. Its triple-auger cold-press extraction preserves more of your fruits’ and vegetables’ essence. That’s a plus. While the actual juicing might be slower, the ingredient-feeding process is a quick one-step everything-at-once into the large 8-cup hopper. Another huge plus, not having to pre-chop anything. Build quality is superb. This unit is solid and heavy, with a substantial and low center of gravity. It stays put (and do not expect to easily rearrange it on your countertop). Instructions are inconsistent about whether the juicer’s components are dishwasher-safe. Finally, the “Intellidial” knob (with 30 built-in recipes and settings like “Immunity,” “Anti-Inflammatory,” and “Heart Health” seems a bit hokey.Overall, I am impressed with this Omega juicer, and happy to recommend it. Just budget accordingly.
