Delicious and affordable
Purchased these via Amazon Fresh while out of town on vacation. We don’t have access to Amazon Fresh at our home, so we were interested to give it a try. I was surprised to find that the organic Honeycrisp apples were ~25% less expensive than the standard version and also priced comparably to my local grocery store. The fruit was delivered in excellent shape, full size, perfectly ripe, very crisp and juicy. It was free of bruises or other blemishes. Normally my kids eat 1-2 per week, but they devoured these at a pace of 1 or 2 a day resulting in me placing a second order with the same results. If I had this available to me at home I would order on a recurring basis.

Disappointingly Very TART
Very glad to be able to purchase just ONE apple of a particular variety instead of a package of 4 which my local supermarket now sells for online ordering & delivery. Even though it was hard & crisp and clearly the largest of the 4 apple cultivars that I bought last week, I’ve rated this Honeycrisp apple just 4 stars because it was noticeably TART compared to the Envy, the Gala, & the Wild Twist apples in my order. Not at all what I expected from an apple labeled Honeycrisp. So, I doubt I’ll be buying Honeycrisp again.

Best apples I’ve ever had!
I’m writing this review because I saw several others with photos of small, disgusting apples that look diseased on the inside or something. I’m not sure if I’m getting organic or regular, because I’ve never gone to the store specifically for these. I order from the Amazon app which has Whole Foods built in if you just hit the home button on the Amazon app, then tap on groceries at the top. Pick the pop-up window that says Whole Foods. I’ve ordered these apples for the last six months or so, and they’ve all been HUGE and I’m addicted to them. Sweetest, juiciest apples I’ve ever had. And yes, they are super expensive. I’ll look closely next time I order and see if the shopper bought organic or regular. Most will disagree with me here because I think a massive brainwashing campaign has been going on for years in every category of life. For example, are organic items better or worse than regular? I’ll take regular over organic any day. Chemicals have saved our lives and our country, but only scientists and farmers seem to be the only people who understand. (This is a crazy example, but true: We (the USA and scientists) brought an end to malaria on the entire planet. But someone convinced us that Deet is bad. It’s not—not when used in small amounts for the purpose of keeping misquotes off our skin. It works the same on a farm. Don’t give me a piece of fruit or veggies not protected from disease-carrying insects. You can have those organic foods and enjoy the flavorless, blah, so-so results of “Organic” farming. I’ll take those treated with safe chemicals, please, and pay half the price. (Same experience with Whole Foods sliced pineapple chunks. The organic were solid and you couldn’t bite into them and get pineapple juice—very poor in look and edibility). But the regular slices sitting right next to them—beautiful and so sweet and juicy. Give it a try and eat the non-trendy, regular versions. See what you think. Just tell people “Oh yes, of course they’re organic”. It’ll be our little secret. Mum’s the word! Thank you for reading.
