Customers say
Customers find the abdominal binder provides excellent support, particularly for post-surgical recovery, and works effectively as a post-surgical binder. Moreover, the build quality is positive, with one customer noting it holds up well through washing and wear, and customers consider it worth the price. However, the comfort and size receive mixed feedback – while some find it comfortable and easy to adjust, others say it’s uncomfortable at times and too small. Additionally, opinions about rollability are divided, with some saying it doesn’t roll down while others report it rolling up.

Perfect for post abdominal surgery!
Most abdominal surgeries come with restrictions biggest one being no bending down or using abdominal muscles. Well the best thing about this binder is that it prevents you from doing things you are not supposed to! (Which Iâm always guilty of)It is also comfortable and helps with stability in walking as well as posture! The fit was perfect and I will definitely be purchasing more as needed in the future! Doesnât hurt to have a back up! Also a big bonus is that on the tighter compression settings you get a snatched waist!!!

Lifesaver after surgery
I recently had abdominal surgery and will need support and protection for several months. I wear this over a tank top, and find it comfortable even during hot weather. Doesnât show too much under my clothing. I had a binder given to me at the hospital but this one is so much better, even though it was expensive it has been very durable

Works Really Well!
I needed this item for post op support back in January I had an ovary, fallopian tube, and a cyste removed. It left me with a 6 inch vertical incision I needed to support on my abdomen during recovery. I believe I ordered the XL size and it was true to size, it felt tight and stiff at first but the longer I wore it for the tighter I could pull it together and the more flexibility it had under my clothes. I did like the side straps that could be adjusted for further support anywhere on the binder.I do recommend wearing a shirt or tank top underneath the binder itself though, I wore it the first night I received it without a shirt, I put it on with just my incision dressings underneath. I woke up in the morning to take the binder off to shower because I felt like it stuck to my skin and I had tiny lines going all up and down stomach and back from the inside of the binder. iIf you wear a layer between it you’ll feel more comfortable and it won’t “stick” to your skin. I used it for several weeks day and night and it held up WAY better than the 2 free stretchy binders the hospital discharged me with. This is a great choice if you need something sturdy to support your abdomen or waist during healing ðð©¹ð¥

Highly recommended.
I have a ventral hernia on my right side. I have already had this repaired once, and have currently chosen to live with it. I get new binders almost monthly. This is one of the strongest I have come across and it has continued holding my hernia better than any others I’ve had. Only issue is that it’s difficult to put on because the Velcro is so tight, the teeth grab and it often needs to be repositioned and smoothed out. I would not change the design at all though, this is just something I deal with in putting it on, but because it grabs so much, it also gives an excellent amount of support and pain relief! Also, it does run a little small. I wish it were about 1-2″ larger. Highly recommended.

Just dont
Ok so this one is strange. Had a tummy tuck, reconstructive surgery and muscle repair. Searched and searched and finally settled on three different kinds. This one being number two. Pretty good material. Starts off strong and then dies alone on a hill in a foreign land- useless. It does pucker, punch and pull right below the rib cage. The material gathers throughout the day making it a nightmare to be comfortable with any sort of activity. Working two weeks tops the Velcro is absolutely shot. The material has stretched beyond recognition or repair. The waist strap will not stay in place and it becomes very painful to wear. The shifting and twisting will drive you insane

This is the best hernia belt I’ve used. The tampered shape fits better around a hernia than a flat belt. The slightly more rigid material stops the belt rolling up. The additional band supplies targeted support to the hernia itself without having to over-tighten the entire belt. The material is comfortable on bare skin. The length of the region the Velcro can attach to is much longer than in other belts I’ve tried meaning the belt can accommodate a wide range of sizes (as my hernia grows or the belt loosens with wear) rather than having to keep buying new sizes. This belt is just so well thought out I can’t praise it enough. The only very minor criticism is that the rigid material and wide belt can slightly dig in and become uncomfortable when seated so if seated for a long period I use an older softer belt. This is not really a criticism though as the more rigid material is necessary to stop the belt rolling up when I’m active and that’s when I need a quality belt the most.

I bought this in preparation for my hysterectomy surgery. I had my surgery on Monday and began wearing the binder today (thursday). I am surprised at how much my stomach has swelled. The binder feels so supportive and it feels comforting wearing it.I am a uk size 10 and bought the s/m. It wrapped really well before surgery and at the moment I can only just fit into it. However I know this is the right size as the swelling will subside and it still feels very comfortable.Great product, well made.

I think this belt is a very well designed belt. Firm, and strong so it keeps your back straight as well as sucks your abdomen in. I definitely recommend. BUT! If you have a short torso like me, it might not be for you. It is better for men because they done have a bust like women so they could put it higher up to fit the area better. As a female i think its too wide it doesnt fit under my rib cage to the hip comfortably as it goes over my hip. But i have a short torso, so it might not be the case for others. I am sad because it is an amazing belt otherwise and wish I could have kept it but if they bring out a thinner one I will buy it.
I never received.It was photographed in a communal area.Was not there. –
Bought for past surgeryâs and pain and medical issues-itâs really helped.holds tight through the night-can be manoeuvred to be tighter as necessary-is a Godsend-thank you

This piece if kit is a vast improvement on the one supplied by the hospital with the pain and discomfort post operatively these just added misery. This one gives full support, is comfortable (as comfortable as these things can be )doesnât roll up or down and I can put it on myself which I couldnât do with the aforesaid band and as I live alone this is essential.
