I have been buying on Amazon for as long as I can remember, but I think this might be the first review Iâve ever done on Amazon. I was in my early 30s when I hurt my knee while lifting a dining room cabinet. Over the years off and on Iâve had trouble but now that Iâm in my early 60s and especially in the last seven months, itâs becoming a bigger problem. I was always very active and always exercising at the gym or doing a lot of walking and 8 to 25 mile bike rides daily. Iâm not doing that anymore and thatâs not helping and itâs clearly affecting my bones and muscles and now Iâm 63 years old with early signs of osteoporosis my right knee is having more and more problems. Because iâm sitting all day working at a desk with no exercise is just making it worse.Over the summer I went to Disney World with my family and we walked about 35 miles in 3 1/half days. I didnât notice any knee problems until after we got home. I was in serious trouble because I wasnât used to all that walking and I wasnât exercising at all before our trip. My knee started giving me so much trouble. I had to start icing it. I had trouble going up and down the stairs and just trouble walking in general. When we were at Disney World, I noticed my son-in-lawâs sister who is in her 30s was wearing one of these the whole time we were there. I asked her about it after we got back from Disney and my knee was hurting, and she told me how much she liked it so I bought one For the price I figured I canât go wrong. I was right it worked amazing right after I started wearing it. I realized I shouldâve been wearing one of these while at Disney World,, but never thought of it ahead of time. This little thing really helped in just a few days. I wore it during the day all day long and I would take it off before I would go to sleep. I also did icing 3 times a day for about 25 minutes with another knee product ice pack that was also amazing that I bought on Amazon the Sherpa therapy knee ice pack wrap soft ice pack for knee compression for knee pain, relief, leg, injuries, swelling, knee replacement, arthritis, meniscus, tear. The price today when I write this is $14.99 for the ice pack. After about seven days of doing this my pain went away and I was able to get up and down the stairs with no trouble. I would highly recommend this for anyone and although it looks simple It really is amazing for the money. Itâs well worth it 100%. Yes I would buy it again and the next time I go to Disney I will wear one on both my knees.

For me these bands work WELL
Took a while to find their way here! But having arrived I put them straight on just under kneecap. They worked very well. Pain was reduced to extreme low. However, I found out you can make them TOO tight for comfort. At first I thought They were not working, but on loosening just a shade became comfortable again. All my other knee supports are on hold for now. IN another week or so I’ll see if they still work as well as they do today.

Plastic strap loops at side of knee support too large and dig into your leg and velcrose not strong enough to hold straps in place
