Great product!
I been using this product for over a month and I think this is a great product. My night sweats, hot flashes, bloating, and mood has improved. So far, it hasnât taken away all my symptoms, but the night sweats and hot flashes are manageable now. I am taking a diet pill prescribed by my doctor, therefore I donât know that I can confirm that it helps you lose weight. My energy level has increased some.

Iâm not sure that they reduce menopause symptoms but they do improve my digestion and reduce bloating so they are worth buying just for that.

Seem to help with some symptoms
Iâve been using these for over a month now and while I donât think it helps with every symptom listed, I do think it helps with some such as hot flashes. I still wake up lots during the night and Iâm still retaining water/have bloat but Iâll keep using them another month see if I notice any other changes. If not, I may end up switching to something else.

Hot flashes GONE with Menopause Total Support
After 15 years my hot flashes came back at 68 years old. I went to my Doctor and she prescribed Veozah, it eliminated them with the first pill I took. Only my insurance didn’t cover it and it cost $20 per pill. I was able to get free samples from my doctor for a while, however, I do not like taking prescription drugs, so I figured I would try this and see what happens. I am so happy to report I am hot flash free since January 7. I will continue to take this product.

Thanks for the UTI… NOT!
I was so hopeful that this would alleviate or reduce my menopause symptoms but instead it gave me a UTI. Didn’t help at all with the hot flashes, night sweats, bloating, lethargic, etc. I do have to say that I’ve already been suffering from the hot flashes & night sweats from my chronic fibromyalgia so I was really hoping that this would help somewhat but nada, made it worse it seems. So I did buy this as a combo with the Women’s Probiotic as I have IBS Constipation and while the Women’s Probiotic didn’t help on it’s own (I’ve bought it in the past),I thought maybe the combo of both would do me wonders. But instead I’m left bloated, constipated and with a UTI. So I definitely don’t recommend either or as a combo. And I just found out it’s not returnable so this has been a very expensive lesson for this combo pack that I’ll never be able to use again.
