Still confused as whether I like it or not
I’m actually confused on my thoughts on this.and generous with a 4-star for being confused.I have used oil-based cleansers before, and the only difference between this and others, is that the competitors never stated the product would have a warming sensation on my face.and I’m not even sure I truly want that warming sensation as I don’t understand why or how it is happening. If some chemical in there creates “heat”, my curious nature wants to know specifically which chemical it is and then scientifically how does that happen. and then, why would warmth to my skin create a better cleaning experience. No lather. again, not a problem as I have used oil-based cleansers before.None of those oil-based cleansers were in a gel formula, they were always just a liquid. My ritual is to wash my face at the sink, and then shower it off.so the process described for this product would be no difference.(again, always having to be careful not to get too close to the eyes and stay away from under eye sensitive skin)I can’t yet compare as to how I feel about this cleanser vs another.right now I am hooked on this cleanser where I use less than a pea size of product and with water and rubbing, it foams up all over my face. with the other product, I don’t feel like I have to use as much to cover and cleanse my face.again, what I can’t compare yet as to which of these is truly better for my skin.I truly do not need a deep clean. I do not have oily skin.I do not have acne, breakouts, or blemishes. My skin is sensitiveI mostly want to remove surface dirt so after shower I can truly moisturize again. My conclusion still is being confused. and with that I most likely would not repurchase.I may not be like others, but I want to know what chemical is in the product.BRAVO: as the full ingredient list IS listed on the ad page. but my lack of having a scientific or chemical background prohibits me from truly understanding WHY this product is better than another cleanser.

Be conscious and it might be nice
Interesting. I thought I was going to love it, but to be honest, I’m not too sure how I feel or how it’s supposed to make my skin feel.I first opened the tube before showering and I didn’t quite get how to use it so I had to get my cell phone out to watch video on how to use it. The video shows that you apply a good amount on your face before you get in the shower, and you leave it on the duration of the shower, wipe it off after the shower.I guess it didn’t feel great to have something on my face I kept zoning out and wanting to wash it off my face as I wash my face in the shower. And naturally, if you’re like me and have a quick routine, some of it will inevitably wash off our run into your eyes.So it wasn’t the most luxurious experience, especially if you’re not too conscious about it.I didn’t like that I had to get another towel / tissue to wipe it off. I guess it was supposed to be like a face mask and I could leave it on my face but it was almost instinctual to rub my face with the towel, or wash it off in the shower. Next time I think I’ll do that. How did my skin feel? To be honest, I’m on too sure. I think it helped to moisturize it like a face mask. The experience was something I’m not sure fits me.

    So nice!
I love using this during the shower. It feels like a little pamper session and leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth.

    In shower cleansing gel
I absolutely love this cleansing gel, it wakes me up and feels extremely refreshing especially paired with using it in a nice warm shower. It leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh and I know it actually cleaned the junk out of my pores.

    I didn’t notice a warming sensation…
I purchased this product because it is supposed to warm up on the skin, I did not experience any warming, maybe I got a bad batch.

    Unscented thick gel
I applied this with a scour cloth to try to really get it into my pores to clean them out. The water I used was just over skin temperature and it was a quick shower. The appearance of the product is clear. The product is on the thick side and is a little difficult to get out of the tube. I recommend squeezing from the back end because the tube tends to keep the indents from your squeeze, and it gets difficult to get much out with the front kinked. There wasn’t a discernable scent and it did slightly sting my eyes, but not too bad. But because this is used in the shower where it is exposed to heat and water, any level of sting (emphasising minimal stinging) isn’t five star worthy. This did seem to hydrate my face right after the shower, and it was soft, but within an hour there wasn’t a noticeable difference from my usual appearance. I purposely didn’t put a face cream on just to see how long the result would last. It did nothing as far as cleaning out my pores even with the scrub cloth.I’ll use the rest of the tube and see if there are better results with a hotter and longer shower after having cleaned my face, and then I’ll use a face cream to seal it in.
