B4 taking these I was a 110lb weakling who was fatigued just putting on me socks n shoes in the morning!! After taking these miracle pills for a week- Now Iâm able to move my Rv from one driveway to the next with just my pinky! I lifted a Lincoln town car off the ground to change a tire n I even helped a neighbor push over his 200 yr old dead oak tree with my left thumb!ðItâs all in your mind anyways what the efficacy & benefits are with any vitamin but these do seem to give u a slight boost of energy and tis cheap enough to take a 1-2 month trial ru with them to verify.No offensive taste or smell n ez to swallow too. I’ve been taking these supplements for over a year now and they work for the ‘on-the-run’ person that lacks in greens.
