I suffer from dry eye. Helped my dry eyes a lot
I really like this little gadget. I have Sjögren’s Disease, and I often wake up with my eyes completely glued shut because I don’t produce tears. This little device helps soften, moisturize, and “unstick” my eyelids so I can put my prescription drops in. My only concern, and why it’s 4 stars, is that keeping it sitting on my night stand all the time, I worry about cleanliness. I wish it had a case or lid or something that kept the part that touches your eye from out in the open where it can collect dust and pet dander. I can’t see in the morning to go wash and sanitize it before using it. I wash it after, but that doesn’t help my concern about overnight.

Battery doesnât hold charge
Yes it works great but you have to recharge the battery every single time you use it which makes it a real pain for daily use. Product description says battery had many hours of life which is clearly a misrepresentation.

The warm mist feels great!
I suffer from dry eye syndrome and Iâm supposed to apply warm compresses to my eyes daily. This little machine is so much easier! The warm mist feels great on my tired and scratchy eyes. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that I wish the charge lasted a little longer. I do have to charge it daily.
