How Does Copper Fit Work?
The compression sleeves help reduce the recovery time of muscles and supports improved circulation and oxygenation of working muscles. Copper Fit provides support for muscle stiffness, soreness and pain. All Copper Fit products are made of high-quality performance fabrics with copper ions bound to the fibers level during manufacturing to reduce odor. Moisture wicking technology helps prevent chafing and rashes.

How Quickly Will I Feel the Benefits?
Many people report feeling immediate relief when wearing Copper Fit. It is important to remember that the benefits of wearing your compression sleeve can only be felt when they are worn and sized properly.

When Should I Wear a Copper Fit Compression Sleeve?
Copper Fit compression sleeves can be worn anytime; while participating in physical activity or when completely at rest. Copper Fit compression sleeves offer the highest quality comfort fit, making them ideal for extended wear. Many people benefit from wearing Copper Fit all day long, underneath their clothes.

How do I determine sizing?

L: 17″ – 19″
XL: 19.5″ – 21″

Customers say

Customers find the knee sleeve works well and provides good support, with one mentioning feeling the kinetic strips’ support. The fit receives mixed feedback, with some finding it a nice fit while others say it runs small. Comfort and material quality are also mixed aspects – while some report reduced knee pain, others find it uncomfortable, and while some describe it as a solid product, others find it flimsy. Moreover, the slip resistance is a concern as customers report it constantly sliding down, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who consider it worthless.

    Works great for me
I am 68 and have had both knees operated on in the late 1960’s due to Rugby injuries. Back in the day, the removed the torn ligaments (ACL) before orthroscopic surgery was invented. At I grew older the knees started acting up. Had my right knee replaced in 2010, a horrible surgery.A few years ago I started having daily pains in both knees, yes even the one that was replaced. I was taking 2 Aleve Liquid Gel tablets twice a day. It helped a little but clearly wasn’t a solution. Then I got these Copper Fit sleeves. What a difference, now I no longer take the pain tablets, my knees no longer ache every day and I couldn’t be happier.Sure my knees aren’t getting better, the Copper fit just is taking care of the arthritus which is the cause of the pain.If you have constant Knee pain, you owe it to yourself to try these. They are comfortable enough to wear all day!

    I was wrong
UPDATE: Most men will seldom admit when they are wrong, but I am not in that category. I ordered a similar compression sleeve from a different source following the same directions for measuring my leg. When it arrived, same problem: I could not get it above my knee. So now I am confused. Measure the knee and it still comes out to 17.5 inches. So then I got a flash. I had been measuring sitting down. Would there be a difference standing up? You bet there was. Standing up it measured a little over 19 inches. (Can anyone explain why it is different?) So now I have ordered the XL and will update again when it arrives. BTW my son loves it and I have upgraded it to 5 stars.*****I was having problems with my knee and figured I could use a compression sleeve. I ordered this one off Amazon. I used my wife’s flexible sewing tape measure and my thigh measured out at 17.5 inches. The photo of the different sizes said 17-19 inches was a large, so that’s what I ordered. While waiting for it to be delivered, I decided to wear my wife’s Tommie Copper compression sleeve. Hers is a large and fit perfectly. When mine arrived, I discovered that I could not pull it up past my knee. I checked the package and it was supposed to fit 17-19 inches, so something is wrong somewhere. Had the wife measure the thigh this time and she got 17.5 inches. And yes we are doing it at the prescribed 5 inches above the knee.I started the return process. The sleeve was lying on the table when my son came over. He saw it and asked if I was using it. I told him no it was too small and I was sending it back. He’s in college to be a physical therapist and a part-time jujitsu instructor. He asked if he could have it. I told him if it fits he can have it. He’s a skinny athletic young man that normally wears a medium. It fit him perfectly.I cancelled the return to Amazon. I was going to order me an XL but saw there was (at that time) an almost $10 price difference. (It’s a little less at the time of this review. Amazon has a habit of adjusting prices.) I’ll just wear the wife’s sleeve for a while. It appeared to be well construction and would probably do the job in the right size. It looks a lot better than some others I have seen. If it had fit I am sure I would have been happy with it. I don’t know if their sizing is off or they put the wrong size in the packaging. Either way it kept them from getting a five star review.

I have to say that it really does make my knee feels better. Not sure if it is the copper or …
I wasn’t sure that this would even work however had heard about them from others and read a lot of reviews before deciding which one to buy. First, I have to say that it really does make my knee feels better. Not sure if it is the copper or the compression and support. But it works and that was all I really wanted. I have a lot of arthritis pain in one knee and wearing this when I’m standing for long periods or standing hard surfaces such as concrete. I also wear this to bed after a long day and when my knee is hurting. The only complaint is that it is very tight at the top and bottom. I know it needs to stay in place however I have to take it off sometimes because it just gets too tight. Also I bought this is a large thinking I wouldn’t have this problem. I do not have large legs and am not sure anyone who had larger thighs or calves would be able to wear this.

May want to go the next size larger
Item was too small, too tight above knee. Therefore, I recommend if ordering, go up a size even if your measure within the range listed for the correct fit.

    Satisfied.
I purchased the copper fit pro knee for my husband. He possibly tore the meniscus when he was younger and has not addressed the issue. He experiences his knee locking up which is very painful, his other leg and foot and now bothering him which is a result of his previous injury. It is possible that he also has arthritis due to not having his knee repaired. Long story short, he was using another knee brace but wanted to try this one. He feels like this brace offers more support than his previous one. He says he feels like he has more control of the knee. So overall he is satisfied with the copper fit pro. It has also helped to relieve the pain in his opposite leg and foot.

    No. Just no.
I bought this and another type of Copperfit for both my knees since pain started to resurface during later part of my work hours. About halfway into my shift, I noticed that one of kinesiology bands had started to peel at the back of my knee. When I got home and checked the kinesiology band, I saw that both of them had peeled at the ends. I gave a little tug on one of them and saw how easily they came off. I took off the sleeve itself and saw it had left welts on my calf and thigh.Basically, this thing felt like a silky nylon stocking with the foot part cut off, but the hems felt like industrial strength hair ties bent on cutting off my circulation near the end of a 10 hour long work day, it was itching so bad.I got this as a quick fix because I couldn’t find my trusted knee brace in time for work (packed away or roommate stole it). Hard lesson learned, it was not worth it.

Esta rodillera fue para mi esposa, le sienta muy bien, aunque al final del día la liga de los extremos le aprieta y se le marca un poco, aún así, es un excelente producto.
