10/10 for this company + product!
Will try to keep it brief! In short… 10/10 & here’s whyWe’re trying to go all glass for our filtration, water bottles, etc to avoid microplastics in the home. Found this filter, ordered it through Amazon & they sent me what looked to be a used? very dirty one.. lol. It was pretty gross ! Brown, dingy, black stuff in it and fingerprints everywhere.. *In all fairness!! Any business owner who affiliates with Amazon surrenders warehouse/delivery control since Amazon takes over the packaging, shipping, and handling – very well may not have been the company’s fault***In any event, I emailed the company directly on a Saturday notifying them of the situation. They OVERNIGHTED a brand new water filter. It came on Sunday! A perfectly clean, brand new one. THEN 2 more!! came in the mail that week. I was so pleasantly shook lol I couldn’t tell you! I was reimbursed for the dirty one and now have 3!! So impressed with their customer service.To top it off, their product is 10/10 ! We love the sleak, easy to use design – the filter works quick! and the water comes out clean, smooth and fast. It’s so, so so much better in every way compared to the Brita we used to use (plus.. no microplastics). Highly recommend !!!!

I like this glass carafe. The water tastes good and it looks nice sitting on a counter in my small kitchen. I recently had an order of two filters arrive with only one filter in the package. Their customer service department responded quickly and efficiently to rectify the error.

Tall glass pitcher
Itâs really nice to have water stored not in plastic bottles so I love the glass and the design makes it ergonomic. However, the dropper gets stuck sometimes and the water doesnât come out properly and when the pitcher is full, then it can become quite heavy on your hand other than that, itâs great

Wanted to love this
I was using this pitcher to filter well water. I liked the idea of glass but the filter is made of plastic so that defeats the purpose. It is awkward to refill as the cover & filter unit leaks water upon removal. Also must be careful securing filter/cover to make sure it is completely sealed to avoid leakage or damage. The glass is awkward/slippery to hold. I ended up buying & placing a plastic sleeve on the outside glass to have a grip in the middle. After testing filtered water vs tap ….. there was no discernable difference in quality. Since it does not remove effect TDS, I decided to purchase Zero Water Pitcher which filters all TDS. This unit has now become a glorified glass water pitcher. Money not well spent.

I am really picky about the taste of water (I used to buy Poland Spring to drink and other brands of bottled water to cook with), and was pleasantly surprised that the filtered water tasted very good. It also filters very quickly, so I can fill the decanter only when I need to and have filtered water right away. I picked a product with a glass pitcher because I did not want the water to sit in a plastic container. Each filter is supposed to last about 2 – 2.5 months, so it is much more economical than buying bottled water and you don’t have to recycle the plastic water bottles.

You can really tell the difference in taste and I love that you don’t have to wait for the water to filter. It just filters as it pours.

Replacing glass tube
I really like this product.What don’t like is the glass tube is broken and I cannot find that I can replace just the glass tube.
