Essential!!
Great non stim pump! One of the first products Iâve bought from the raw brand. Now I use it daily! It works great! My pumps are amazing in my workouts. Only down fall is the slight bitter aftertaste due to it being pineapple. But other than that I love it!

Tastes horrible, works great
This stuff tastes awful but I keep buying it because I do love how it makes me feel when I weight train. Iâve tried every flavor and they are all pretty gross. It gives a good pump and also helps me stay focused during my workout without the caffeine jitters.

I did not enjoy the taste, flavor or texture of this. For some reason I thought it would dissolve like clear whey, but it ended up being chalky and almost milky. I didnât enjoy it at all!

Iâve used this pre-workout a few times over the years and love it. As Iâve gotten older I donât like the stim stuff as much as I used to. This makes me feel great and get a pump without the jitteriness of a stim. Really enjoy this product.
