“These Resistant Bands Work Perfect For Pilates”
I understand that this piece of workout equipment is to be used for a multitude of exercises(from lower body to upper body). In which I tried many of the exercises that they illustrated in their literature, but I wasn’t satisfied with most of them. But these resistant bands work perfectly for my Pilates workout program. I mean once you include a utility ball, and the resistant bands(supported by the door) it allows you to roll your belly into different positions(instructed by Pilates). So if doing Pilates is your goal this product can assist you.

These are definitely better than those cheaper resistance bands quite a bit, and would get again.

These are what I was looking for.
Very strong thick bands that seem like they will last a long time. Not like those weak tube bands that get weak quickly and snap. Since the carabiners taper, I replaced the them with EMEKIAN Oval Climbing Carabiner. The oval kind give good clearance and don’t squeeze any of the parts so I think it will prevent premature failures. The straps and handles seem sturdy and durable. My only recommendation is swapping out the carabiners. If you keep the originals, just make sure you file down any sharp and rough parts thoroughly so they don’t cut through the bands or straps. It’s a basic kit but works for me. Have only had them for a few months so I will report back if anything changes.

Curvature end handles and strong metal
The curve corner on the handle really help with the hands not getting pressured by the bands bending inward.The rubber band looks strong enough to last as long as it does not come into contact with salt or water. That’s the only material that is similar to other bands product.The band comes in 4 with two yellow and two black. I do not know whether both are different in strength and endurance, except by the sizes.Besides those, I have to keep using these and see if these really lived up to it reputation as long lasting compared to the circular shape bands products. Since I do used those circular bands and it does last for months on end like almost half a year.Do make sure the rubber does not come into contact with your sweat. Water and salt.

Love these bands. They feature excellent handles for a great grip! You can make exercises just as heavy as you like as these are quality bands that are clearly durable and will last.
